    After having several bad experiences with Valenti of Mystic, I felt compelled to write a negative ****** review to warn potential consumers about their shady and deceitful business practices. Although I purchased an extended warranty through Valenti, when I recently contacted them for service, they refused to help me, citing my negative review as the reason; when I called for further explanation, they agreed that everything I’d mentioned in my review was true, but told me that I’d “burned a bridge” by writing a negative review and abruptly ending a phone call, and told me they’d no longer service my car. My negative review was honest and straightforward-it did not contain profanity or the names of any individuals I’ve dealt with at Valenti. I find it incredibly unprofessional (and potentially illegal) that Valenti is refusing to service my vehicle because a negative review of their business practices basically hurt their feelings.

    Purchase vehicles from them in 2022 . It broke down and had it tow there ,the service manger would not look at it when it got there but made me make an appointment eight days later . I told him l needed him to ck it so the warranty would rent me a car . He refused.l pick it up eight days later. Went forty miles an broke down again. Very poor customer service..
