    I recently purchased a used 2017 ******* ******* from Prestige Auto LLC in July of 2022, no less than a month later my newly purchased vehicle shut off mid-acceleration during rush hour traffic with not only myself but passengers in the car posing a safety issue to everyone on the road.

    Upon diagnostic inspection, at an authorized ******* dealership, we discovered a preexisting issue causing excessive oil leakage from the crank seal resulting in low oil levels despite adding additional oil.

    Further research using the VIN number revealed a prior issue being documented by a previous owner relating to a loss of power, oil leakage, and metal debris being found within the engine.

    I am seeking to return the car to the dealership as it was sold to me under the pretext that it was safe for the road and had no issues reported through ****** as told to me by the sales agent, but it is clear to me that this car is anything but safe for me or others on the road, and rather than gamble with my life trying to fix a car I have had less than a month I much rather be refunded for my purchase, as just today I had the inner cabin fill with smoke from the engine bay omitting a burn oil smell of which I was able to record the engine smoking just before stepping out of my car.

    We have made multiple attempts to rectify the mechanical concerns of the vehicle, the customer refused our service to check the vehicle and fix the issues that are being stated. The customer said he does not trust us to address the concerns, we are more than willing to help our customer and take care of the vehicle as our number one goal is the satisfaction of all our clients, but we are not being given the opportunity. As the customer refused multiple times to bring the vehicle in to be inspected and fixed.
