  Be careful buying cars at this location. Owner of the location buy tires for near shop and then file for chargeback.

  Charges are being disputed from this vendor due to Unusual amount of transactions and dollar amount totalling to in excess of $19,000.00 in one month (June 2025)the vendor claimed to have not billed us timey , and had invoices pending since Feb , however we were billed multiple transactions everymonth including Feb and every month there after. There is no description on invoice submitted to verify transactions matching our vehicles . Dispute is currently under investigation by Credit Card Company

  Horrible service this year my jeep check engine light came on I took to Adam asked for trade in after waiting for 3 hrs and Watching bout 10 ppl come in complaining I still waited bc I've had good service in the past when Matt and AK worked there ,Matt his brother got me into my 1st car with no down payment and my 2nd with great monthly plans now Adam telling me he can t fix my jeep and I need a co sign that's absurd for a reoccurring Custer I'm livid I been waiting for 2months now still the run around it's crazy , he didn t pay gap from last car now it's on my credit which he assured me he d take care of and didn t altho I like Adam he s not a man of his word this year , yes he s friendly but he let my warranty run out and had to to pay out of pocket $1000 and counting now it's at jeep dealership and they can't look at it for 2 more weeks I've now been without a vehicle for 2month s and taking ubers to and from work a rental now and then and still have to pay the loan smh I call they leave me on hold for hrs then when I do get Adam he says he s still looking for me LIES if your brother got me into 2 cars previously with no money down asap how you can t get me into 1 asap I m not even asking for much just a vehicle in great condition 2014/17 get me back on the road you use to treat me so good but now this is unexceptable I'm a great customer and I deserve better I can t even get a dealership to get me into anything bc of the 2000 gap and my credit rating going down bc of it I have sent you 2 ppl Adam over the years and never even received the referral bonus of 200 and I didn t sweat that but when I come to you 2years later and need your help I expect to have your undivided attention not this run around you need to get me into a vehicle asap and extend the same courtesy I extended you this is unacceptable and I'm livid if I don t hear from you this week/ nxt week I'm gonna be forced to call a lawyer /BBB I have no options Adam ubers expensive

  If it's possible for no stars I would this is a horrible place they sell lemons. They start out really nice and willing to get you in a car but one ce you start having problems with the vehicle there's always an excuse for why they don't want to "deal" with it. Watch out for these people

  This place is horrible worse place I have gotten a car from. I got a car from this dealer I gave a large down payment. I also got a month warranty. Boss refused to give me paperwork for the car. Also recipt of downpayment. Kept saying I was going to get all " that paperwork threw mail". Never got that threw mail. Nor was the car registrated after he said "he had sent in the paperwork to the RMV" went directly to my insurance there was no existent of my car being registrated. Nor was it pending also went to the bank that he processed the loan from. No downpayment also was given to the bank. After I gave it to him went back and asked for my paper work did not want to give to me. Nor did he want to fix my car the right way. With the list i gave to him tht i got from a mechanic tht needed fixing. They all created this whole big agruement over fixing my car and my paperwork. Called the cops told them I was traspassing. When i simply just wanted them to check my car and wanted copys of my paper work. Showing proof i purchased the car. N this was just with the boss... that adam boy was super disrepectful as well. Invited me to fight direpected my family as well. Was very unprofessional dirty in talking. Place is really ghetto. He dont take into consideration any concerns you have. This is just a shitty dealer ship so r the employees! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. He owned one before and it got shut down for same exact reasons!

  Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. Many factors go into why I am stating the things above. For one being the **** ***** ********* * purchased seemed to be in very good condition until not even two days later, where the truck was stuck in 4x4 mode and started making grinding noises under the truck. I then bought the truck back to them only to be told “you messed it up” or that the issue was my fault. I handled that situation accordingly and was told it would be fixed. I left it there and the next day of driving the issue came back. I bought it back again and told them they have to have an alternative or and loaner vehicle until the issue it actually resolved and fixed but we told “there’s nothing we can do, I don’t know what to tell you”. Also never received any documents of my warranty that I paid for, even after calling and asking for copies. Then, to make matters worse somehow this dealership registered my vehicle with insurance that is not eligible with a vehicle that has a loan pulled out under it, it doesn’t make any sense and now I am trapped.

  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My husband purchased a vehicle and 4 days later it smoked out on him leaving him stranded in the middle of ******* and then they wouldn't even come get it. We got it towed over 150miles back to them and he asked for his money back and they refused stating they could fix it. They then proceed to give him a loaner with NO BRAKE LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING OR RADIO. I'm so pissed right now and want no one else to fall for the games they are playing.

  I purchased a **** **** **** extended cab on february 22 when i looked at it was very good condition i realized it had a check engine on.I went to talk about the engine light. He told me he would have it fixed before we pick it up. We pick it up in the beginning of march after we left the dealership we noticed the light was on so the next day we called them they told us to bring it in. Then they wanted us to bring it home to make a appointment but I would leave it here. Then agreed to leave it. About a week goes by. Then he tells me to bring it to ******* **** ****** and talk to nick we dropped it off on march 14. A few days later we talked to him he told me it was a p0016 code. Then he told me it was the timing chain that it would take about 2 weeks i said that was fine then 2 weeks passes. then this where starts going bad. I called them 2 times week asking about the truck and that parts didn't come in or they were working on it. After over 2 month's i asked for the diagnostic papers for what was wrong with the truck but all he said you can call the cops i was done with him. i had my brother try to talk with him. When he talking to universal motors they wanted me to use the extended warranty to cover the cost to fix the timing chain. But he didn't think it was the warranty company should pay. My brother just got a lawyer. when he talked to the lawyer they told him that what he was doing was illegal because it was a pre existing condition. Also they never said anything about purchasing a extended warranty. There all talk i would not recommend them to anybody and he still has the truck and i am making payments for something I don't have
