1 starSure Lock & Key responded exactly how I knew they would and exactly how they respond to all complaints - with hollow apologies and no resolution.
As I stated in the (very brief) email exchange between us before your team going radio silent, as a woman it is very easy to be coerced into agreeing to things when they feel vulnerable. I felt completely violated: your tech made unwarranted comments about my body, as well as what my living situation was and who was home at the time, and THEN demanding payment for a service that was performed incorrectly. It shouldn't even have to be said as most customer service reps would want to resolve customer dissatisfaction based solely on the fact that the product doesn't work, but unfortunately you've left me no choice but to relive an extremely uncomfortable situation on the internet to try to get my point across.
I would be happy to provide you proof that your service is trash, but you've provided no means to do so because you very quickly stopped responding to my emails. Also, you're out of your mind if you think I want one of your creepy techs ever coming to my house again. I want a refund for your complete negligence toward your customers.Review fromAnnie Z

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. Insane price gauging that they hide from you until the service is completed. Key fob was not programmed correctly and now I am out almost $1000 for a useless key. Technician took almost 3 hours to finish, then strong-armed me into payment because I was forced to be alone with him at night. Contacted customer service and they told me to kick rocks because I already paid and they got what they wanted.
Reading through the dozens of negative reviews validated all of my concerns and future customers should listen to every single 1 star review they have. They prey on the vulnerable and take what they want at whatever cost. Absolutely disgusting business.Sure Lock & Key LLC

It is important to clarify that the invoice reflects a total amount different from the stated $1000.00. A review of our pricing in comparison to industry standards via internet research will affirm our commitment to reasonable and competitive rates, considering various factors.
We hold our customers and technicians in high regard, with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences. It is against our principles to compel payment, and we assert that no technician would resort to such practices.
Contrary to the assertion of a 3-hour service duration, our system recordings indicate the technician's arrival at 4 PM, with the completion of the service in 1.5 hours. We are prepared to present this evidence upon your request.

I must say after my initial thoughts on this company the completely did a 180. I bought a new remote from them for my vehicle when they said the remote i had purchased from the dealer couldn't've be programmed. Since i was able to return the remote i didn't mind paying the nearly 300 for their service. However not even 2 mos later the remote all of a sudden dies and it turns out the battery died. Now i am stuck at work with no other choice but to call the company i had purchased it from and would think they would do the right thing. But no they charged me another 90 dollars to replace a battery which should have been brand new in the remote i purchased 2 mos ago. This is horrible customer service and customer service from this was horrible. Evan the driver stated these remotes are in their warehouse for who knows how long.
