      on 10/7/2024 we went onto Medicaleshop**** and purchased materials we give patients prior to surgery. The advertised quantity was listed as 96/case on their website. When we received our order, we noticed that they had only shipped 48/cs. We called them thinking that it was an honest mistake or that the rest of the shipment was on back order. The person on the phone was rude and tried to tell me that we were incorrect. I have the receipt which states 96/cs and a picture of their website which states 96/cs. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager refused to get on the phone. Medical supplies are expensive, especially surgical supplies. The company should honor what was advertised on their website.

      We understand that Heidi received 48 packs, with each pack containing 2 wipes, totaling 96 wipes. We want to assure you that the order was fulfilled according to the description on our website.
      In light of this, we have processed a refund for half of the order amount, totaling $49.23, as a goodwill gesture to address any confusion and to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
