      There website is laggy. I ordered 2 items it looks like it didn't go through when purchased the order button. So I reset and it went through the second time. The next morning I see 2 separate orders for the same item. 2 separate charges on my card. They have no phone service and voice mail requesting you to wright them. I did that explaining the issue before shipping . They didn't reply and sent both separate orders out anyway.

      We are in the business of taking care of patients. I found 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate Cloths on this site. It seemed like a reasonable price. Their website and receipt state 96/case. We received 48/case. I have contacted Medicaleshop and they refuse to send the rest of the wipes that we ordered per the advertisement/ their website.
      The original manufacturer, *******, was contacted by us. We sent them the information and they agreed that Medicaleshop has the advertisement incorrect.
      We would appreciate Medicaleshop to honor what we chose to order based on the information that was on their site.

      This is misleading information and your link to your webpage regarding this product was sent to the manufacturer of the product, ******** they also agreed that your site is incorrect and misleading. You have several reviews on various public sites that state similar complaints. I have contacted you several times at that email and you have chosen not to respond. Your manager has refused to speak to me via the phone. This is a canned response to a serious problem, the healthcare community needs to trust the sources they order from and your company is unprofessional and misleading.
