  Chana is the customer service rep I dealt with from the beginning. She was very responsive to all my requests. She provided me with the plans, the contract, and all necessary paperwork to submit to the town for approval and permits. There was a problem with our color choice so we made a different selection in order for the work to be done as scheduled. My carport was installed April 4th, 2025 so I can't comment about the long term effects of weather on the structure. The installers arrived at 10 am and worked for 4 hours until the carport was completed. Shay was the leader of the team. He was wonderful. We conversed with him the entire time they were here. He ran into a problem with our property not being level but we worked it out together. The installation team cleaned everything up when the work was completed. All screws and metal shavings were picked up and taken away. We had a good experience with EB Carports and the installers as well. We are very pleased with the results of this experience.

  I bought 2 structures from this company. Customer service was very easy to deal with and very nice even when I had a problem, but the problem was never fixed. The first structure I had put the trusses started rusting not even a year after being put up. I was told that those pieces skipped a step in the factory before being sent to my place. I was told someone was going to come by for months on end all the whole being told the installer would call me next week. Then winter came and I said we will need to wait because I have no where else to store things while this gets fixed. And now here we are in the spring and I am still waiting. I do think they will eventually fix it, I'm not giving up, but it is a big inconvenience.

  Sorry to admit that I did not search this company on the BBB before I gave them my money. I write this so that others may be forewarned.
  On September 17th 2024, I signed an agreement for Garage Buildings and EB Carports to build a garage rated for 125 MPH as per my request, and required by the town. I Paid a deposit to Garage Buildings of $2,725 and was promised that I would receive plans from EB Carports within 5 days suitable for submission to the town. My plan was to get the permit from the town and get the concrete in before the frost.
  The drawings I received did not specify the 125MPH wind rating as specified. EB Carports now said they want more $ for that. So I paid them $970 more for "expedited" drawings to match the contract. They promised delivery in 10 to 15 days.
  Finally 4 weeks later on October 15th. They sent the second set of drawings, but they sent only specified only 110 MPH wind rating.
  When I wrote back to EB Carports, hey said they wanted more money for the heightened specifications. I pointed out that the 125 MPH rating was in the original contract, and that they owed it to me, but they refused. Following this I requested a cancellation of the contract and a refund of my deposit.
  More weeks went by with me arguing they owed it to me and they arguing that I needed to pay them more money. I made more requests for a refund. Ignoring my request, finally on November 13th, some 57 days after they first took my money, they agreed to send a third set of proper drawings to match the specifications of the contract at no additional charge.
  After that I received the third set of drawings but still with mistakes making them unsuitable for submission to the town. Having lost all confidence for this company ever to deliver the finished product, I made still more requests for a full refund of my deposit.
  Then on November 22nd they promised to send a fourth set of drawings, but its too late. The snow is in the forecast.
  Do not trust EB Carports

  Showed up at noon on Friday instead of between 7-10. Once unloaded didn’t have 3 hrs of daylight to start. Came back Saturday and worked hurriedly saying that they had to get back because his wife wanted him back. Also kept saying these take 2-3 days to put up.
  Left about 5 lbs of screws strewn all over the area and beyond after being told how important it was to pick them up because of trucks with expensive tires and plowing going on.
  Had to spend 6 hrs picking up screws and putting screws in where they were left out—mainly in the studs and ridge cap.
  Asked to be credited $350.00 for our time and were refused.
  Avoid a hassle and go elsewhere.

  .I just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new garage. When I started to do my research I was a little worried about some of the reviews from customers. But once I talked to Ron of ****** **** who is the local dealer I felt more relaxed and I chose to go with them and your company and apparently, I chose the right one. The process was 99% flawless. There was one small issue when the installers came and that was with the roof color I chose evergreen roofing and when the building got packed onto the trailer someone loaded brown for the ridge vent and not green. However, once the installing contractor found that he reinsured me that it would be handled ASAP and it was they did the framework and started the walls that night he drove back to Conn and got the green ridge vent and the next day they finished my building.    I think I owe Rebecca for most of that. If I had a question you were there to answer it, I felt I knew exactly what to expect and when it was going to happen. The construction crew did a fantastic job and the garage looks great. So I want to thank everyone at E B Carports for my new garage. We just think it’s great and it's been up for over a year and I'm loving it and 100% satisfied with it.  Wish I could say the same for the contractor who did the site work.
