I signed a contract with Brother's Paving LLC on May 22, 2023. A deposit of $3500 was paid and the balance of $4300 was paid on the completion of the job. Brothers Paving completed a job for my driveway and back area on October 19, 2023. A few weeks after the job was finished, I realized that there were a few cracks in the pavement. Since then, I have tried contacting Brothers Paving concerning the cracking, but they have not responded. The contract that I had stated that I have a warranty against cracking, settling, and puddling. I have been sending messages to their contact number since the job was completed, but I am still awaiting a response. Hence, I am inquiring about the warranty and a possible redo of the job as my driveway and parking lot look like it's been there for years. I believe that it would be unfair of me to pay another company to redo the job when I have a warranty against the things that make my back area and driveway look this way. I am seeking a refund because I no longer trust this company to do the job the proper way after trying to get in contact with them after the project was completed and the poor quality of the service overall. Hi, I hired Brothers paving LL to pave my driveway back in 10/4/2023 they charged me $2200 for the job, I have a sign contract. Initially they will schedule and keep rescheduling and rescheduling until they finally came out and only did one of the drive way after they did they requested payment for the Half of the drive way and promised they will return and finish the job. They never did each time I called they gave me stories as to why they can’t come and keep rescheduled until I font hear from them any more it’s almost a year now and they still haven’t picked my calls or texts. I went to the office and they don’t answer the door. This is ridiculous and disgusting how they treat customers I feel like i been rob with my eyes open from these people. I need some answers. In Nov 2022, I contracted brothers to redo my driveway in ********** *** At first, they seemed professional and experienced. They said they were in business for three generations. Everything was great until they actually did the job. I was not 100% happy with the job. It was a big paving job and my driveway had 3 passive patches -- all with different textures. He said that was normal, but it is not. For $14,000, I expected a clean, smooth driveway. After much back and forth, he redid it.
On 11/14 I received a contract for the last $4,000 I had to pay him. In this contract, it says that he was going to paint the last line on driveway for the cars (white stripe), and remove a very large boulder that he said he found in the ground while he was preparing to pave. He left it on the sidewalk when he completed the paving.
On 11/21 I followed up to see if he removed the rock. He said he was going to do it the next day when he gets his truck.
The next day, on 11/22 I followed up and got no response.
On 11/30 I asked him to please remove the rock. I was worried I would get a ticket. He said he would remove it by Saturday.
On 12/6, I followed up, he said his truck is not done and he would have it by tomorrow.
On 12/21 I checked in again, he said he had to borrow a trailer and he would get it done by tomorrow.
I was very frustrated and called him multiple times, he did not pick up. Then he texted me and said it was not his boulder so he's removing it as a favor since he was no use for the rock, which is ridiculous. He just left this massive rock in front of my house after his job. He finally said, " I don't plan on leaving it I give my word".
On 1/17 I reached out to tell him it's been another month and I'm still waiting for him to remove this from my house. He has not responded to my phone calls or text messages.Initial Complaint

They did not come out and seal the driveway. I spoke with Chelsea Lynn on October 11th after she reached out to me and she did agree to come out that next week. They did not.
I contacted again on 10-25-22 and she agreed that the weather was awful and they wanted to make sure I got a good job done and that was the last contact.
I would like this information to go on file. I know it is too cold right now to complete the job but there was plenty of time to do so.

ing. During the winter it looked as if all of the driveway was coming up with the snow. I contacted him again on 4-10-22 and he said he would be there by the end of the week. Contacted again on 4-22-22 since I had seen him in the area two times and yet he did not come to my house. He then said see you next week. I contacted again on 5-27-22 and he again said the end of next week he will come. He has not come. I am seeking $500 to have the driveway sealed because he claims that is the way to fix it. Words mean nothing I have proof of everything that was done and not done. I have video and paper evidence. I paid you guys way above the percentage any other company charges for the work that was done. I refuse to be painted as a unfair customer. I have been nothing but understanding to you people. You ignored my complaint and it was closed. You even stated you will be getting a lawyer. After the case was closed I decided to reach out to my payment company and that’s why you guys are deciding to respond now, I reject your response. You claim I committed fraud please prove this. I come with facts. I will take a picture of the drive as it is now. You people disgust me.

We as a company have gone above and beyond to appease you and your job performed. We have gone out there SEVERAL times, you did not hire us for paving asphalt- you hired us to do gravel- and than in August of 2022 wanted the paving done, as you wanted the gravel to “sit” for a few months….. we went out of our way to greatly expand your driveway by several car lengths wide and remove the grass/old concrete/old asphalt etc. In which we did take 4 dump trucks of old rubbish from your yard. You were still “unhappy” we hauled a base, we compacted it, we weed killed, we hauled away several massive about of ton-age of debris. The job was prepped to perfection exactly as needed and wanted, you as a customer were supposed to contact us in August to complete the job paving- (this is all what you asked for and wanted) we did NOT take all of the funds from you as the contract was for 10,500$ you paid a small deposit of $4,000 in which did not even cover the base and the prep work and the new driveway we put for you. You had a party to do at your residence, you said you didn’t like the way it “looked” we went out there as a company out of the kindness of our heart and had it all cleaned nicely and presentable for your party (as it is just gravel and compacted)and even took extra loads of debris/trash that day also, we have gone above and beyond. Than you said we caused damage to your foundation, in which, we had foundation specialists come to your residence we than found out that it isn’t even your foundation and we caused no damage what so ever. Thank goodness, and I’m sorry you are upset. But us as a company have gone above and beyond to help you and try to make you happy. This is unfair how your treating us, this is not okay by any means, and very fraudulent, and you have now disputed the payment of $4000.00 in which is rightfully owed. You need to make this right as a customer and fix what you have done .

Hello- we also too have the video footage of the men working etc that you sent over “on accident” I can prove they were there doing there jobs as well as going above and beyond- I came personally to meet you twice in which I never myself go to a property to deal with such matters, I’m not sure if you realize you are our only complaint in such obscure manner. Ma’am I am sorry your unhappy but you chose not to finish the job until August of 2022 - am I wrong? You had gravel spread and compacted and driveway expansion done with removal of debris. We also had foundation specialists/home builders come and inspect, and what did they tell you? Exact same thing we did and you were unhappy with there response as well. We offered you call anyone you’d like to come see what ever your next issue is , and see what they say. You didn’t because your wrong, please accept the fat your wrong and I’m sorry your dissatisfied- you also did NOT pay for contract amount you paid LESS than half- in which was done! And completed! And materials and SEVERAL trips to your home with employees, with specialist, by myself to try to console and understand - we as a company stand by our word in which we did and you even said we did. Now your mad and upset and want your money back. You said your getting a lawyer, which is fine. We can go that route but your wasting your time because you are in complete wrong, and any professional , and company in construction will tell you exactly what we did as well as others. ******* ****************I am truly confused on you arguments, I submitted the videos to you by choice. This is ridiculous, Brothers Paving LLC cane on my property caused damages then get a person to inspect the said to conclude that the property is old and this is why the damages were caused. I have had many projects done on my property over the years and before every project a inspection is done if the property is not in good standing then the work would be canceled. But Brothers Paving is known for this, rushing work, working late at night, how many customers did Brothers paving wrong. I am different, I am persistent, i do not mix business with pleasure. I refuse to be another victim and I hope you guys learn your lesson with me. Remember I know people who worked for your company and who previous customers stop when we go out to complain of your work Brothers Paving LLC completed. Ma’am I am not worried about you and what you think you have, who laugh last laugh best and I will post some more photos of the trashy work you speak so highly of. I cannot go back and fourth with you anymore. We did our job, we had inspections come out who told you and your boyfriend who USED to work for us, yes you know people, it’s your boyfriend ma’am. You guys are upset over bro g previous employment, as well as mad you had to pay for materials used…. You didn’t even pay for your contract you paid less than half. Please stop contacting me. The inspections told you that you were wrong- we as much as touched the wood on your home and crayons fell out into the driveway (your living area) the home had prior issues. Please move on now.
