Brothers Paving agreed to widen my driveway and signed a contract to do so. A week later they asked for more money or they would walk. We agreed to give them more just to get the project done, and specified in the Work Order that no further increases would be permitted. A week later they demanded more money again. When we refused they walked. And then sent a lawyer’s letter demanding more money - even though they didn’t do the work we paid them for. And then they “reported” to the town.
And they are not licensed in CT, where they did the work.

We had our work done in August of 2023. Brother’s Paving LLC does not stand behind their work. There are high and low places that collect a lot of water when it rains. He promises to correct the issue and never shows up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We should have saved our $5,000. Our neighbor also had work done that same day and they have issues. They’ve called to get it corrected and they have had no shows.
They promise to come but never shows up.

Caution about Brother's paving LLC. Had paving work done in 2021. They had to remove some dirt to pave. Dirt was placed on the street. Dirt remained on the street for weeks creating an obstruction and hazard to motorists. Despite repeated requests to remove dirt and rocks. Dirt was finally picked up. They then verbally and in writing promised to return next summer and seal the drive way for free because of leaving the dirt in the street. But never did. When questioned about not returning he said his brother must have made that promise and he no longer works for this company. His Brother was seen a couple of days later working a few street over with him. Paving of drive way still haven't dried hard yet. When the sun is hot drive way gets soft.Seems they may have use inferior or recycled material on drive way because it still flaking off. They will normally ring your door bell or approach you outside. Stay clear!!
