    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an unresolved issue with my recent order of flaxseed gel from your company. I hope this matter can be addressed and resolved promptly, as it has already caused significant frustration.

    Upon placing my order, I noticed that a shipping label was created, indicating that my purchase was being processed. However, the product was never shipped, and the shipping label was eventually deleted. Concerned about the delay, I contacted the owner.

    Owner initially proposed sending a replacement product to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, no replacement was ever shipped. Disappointed by the lack of follow-through, I subsequently requested a refund for the unfulfilled order.

    To my further disappointment, I have yet to receive the refund as of today, nor have I received any updates or explanations regarding the delay.

    In one of his text messages he stated"
    We got you. We hit the button but maybe for some reason is didn't go through. Trust me, we dont want to Rob you for a measley $70!"

    July 29,2024 I order some very expensive detox from this company that claimed it would detox my hole buddy and told me all this health stuff by doing this detox and drinking this aloe drinks and guarantee it will work and neither of them did anything I sent email after email about it asking for a refund and when they finally answered said no refunds cuz I used this product well duh that's how I know it was all lies n scam I tried to call them to fix it and they hung up on me four times n since have blocked me they know they was wrong to scam sick people who desperately trying to get better they are selling false dreams of helping sick people with there products that don't work I have tried talking to them to resolve the issue but git a slap in the face pretty much a owell our bad!! I just want my money back

    I purchased lemon soap and aloe spray in May of 2023. When the package was delivered in June, I discovered the company had sent me something called Pain Pudding instead of the aloe ever spray. As I had no use for this product and definitely hadn’t ordered it, I emailed daddybutter and asked for the correct product or a refund. The response was to send me a shipping label via email and request me to package and mail the package back. By this time I’d already gotten rid of the box and I did not have a printer to print the label. I would’ve had to pay to have the label printed and then purchased a box to mail the pain pudding back. In his email, the business owner didn’t apologize or mention sending the correct item or refunding the money. I filed a dispute with my bank and the business owner lied to the bank and told them he sent me everything I ordered. This is obviously not true. It’s been ten months and I’m still arguing with my bank over $45 because he insists I’m lying.

    Ordered on 11/25/2023 from their online website advertising. Had to

    As suggestion from my beautician I ordered shampoo and conditioner from Daddy butter 73.00 and changed I placed my order on June 4 2023 on June 21,2023 I called Mr Khalil J****** the owner I called cause I waited two weeks for response from email I spoke with Mr J****** who told me that they did have my address I gave the correct address and he said he would send it out that day on July 12 I called again he claimed there was a mix up with the address again and assured me again it would be shipped out today but I needed to send him 10 on ******* for re shipping fee which I sent the same day but he never accepted the payment nor did I ever receive my merchandise he ha since blocked me on all social media I only wanted my merchandise at the time now I would like to have my money back

    I placed an order in early August. Received my order around the 20th. Sadly, my order was damaged. The glass jar was broken. I emailed the company twice asking them to resend my order or give me a refund. No response.

    I ordered hair products from this company on 4/4/2023. I emailed them to when my products would come because there’s no way to track or even know if it has been sent out . I received a response to what was my order I sent the conformation back to them with what my order was haven’t heard anything so I looked at the reviews and a lot of people stating that they have the same issues or there products took months and they didn’t receive everything they ordered. These hair products are not cheap I spent 90 dollars on these products and to get no reply back. They stated they can only answer emails 36-48 hours it’s been since4/8/2023 I sent the confirmation my last email I asked for a full refund I believe they are scamming people they already since 4/5/2023 received my payment but I have no products I believe they should be fined. They are all over *** **** and ******** just taking people money with no response to what is going on and they advertise they are in ******** **. which may be a lie
