  I will Never order from them again. Too costly for what you receive. Unresponsive to complaints and unprofessional. I’m sure they delete negative comments off their social media posts lol Shipped sea-moss through USPS which can take days only secured in bubble tape. Should have been in a cooler bubble wrap or sent faster through UPS or FedEx. It arrived with a very sour spoiled smell so of course I was not going to risk using it. I only requested a new jar be sent and they refuse to answer. So again never again.

  I’ve been using Daddybutter products for 3 years now, and I can truly say they’ve changed the game for my skin, hair, and overall wellness.
  The ingredients are clean, natural, and effective — you can tell this brand is rooted in real care and purpose.
  Some of my favorites are - the Aloe Vera Spray the Watermelon Sea Moss & Pain Pudding,
  What really impressed me recently is the improvement in customer service. The team is more responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in your healing journey.
  The owner actually listen when you share your concerns — and he even recommend which product is best for my specific issue. That kind of personalized service is rare these days.
  I rated 4 stars due to shipping times. It can take up to 3 weeks to get- which can get a little annoying

  I have seen good reviews of Daddy Butter via ******** and wanted to try their product until I seen his claim to get this "exclusive" never before seen or heard of oil. He stated that it was exclusive to ****** and its name in the **** language was Neim(not to be mistaken with Neem) or Malanga(not to be mistaken as the root). He said he would be the first to bring it to America. My husband is ******* So I reached out to my inlaws in ****** about this never before seen product. They all said it was Shea Butter. So either his seller in Africa is lying to him or he is lying to customers and selling " African hair growth Neim oil" as this exotic product when all it is is Shea Butter in oil form.

  I ordered the Aloe Vera Pudding 16oz from this business. When I received the product, it was an 8oz jar and not 16oz. I contacted Khalil and sent pictures of the discrepancy and was told he will send an additional 8oz. I got bogus tracking numbers and never received the product. He even had the nerve to ask me to send the product back to him so he could correct the mistake. All I can say is, don't order from this business. He needs to be shut down!!

  They take forever to ship and the way they treat their customers online is atrocious. If you make a respectful comment and they don’t like it- they will create a faceless account to attack you. Completely immature and I see why they have an F on here .

  This is the worst experience from a black owned business ever. I finally received a package but all bottles were leaking and the box was destroyed when picked up from the post office. 5 other items I ordered were not included. Called the owner and he said he would replace all the leaking bottles and the 5 other items has not been sent. It’s has been 8 weeks. I’ve called spoke with the owner and he acts like he is unconcerned. He makes it bad for black businesses.

  Terrible customer service. Order was sent back to them and it’s been waiting at their post office over 6 weeks. I was told a new order would be sent out if the tracking don’t update. I waited a few days later contacted them about the new order. Their response we will send order out once we get the old order. He stated it’s not my fault the package was sent back to us. They lied. Once I told them don’t worry about it I disputed it they replied thanks for the heads up please remove yourself from our page…

  Very poor business practices! First my order was incorrect . I notified Khalil and the correct order was delivered shattered ,completely damaged and unusable. I requested a refund and no response to my five emails .I also ordered the JBCO deep leave in conditioner and this was my second order. The jar was much larger but the ingredients did not match the ingredients advertised online. This is false advertising.The ingredients on the jar contained Biotin. I am allergic to Biotin so I would have never ordered it especially for 50.00. This is horrible since you try and patronize businesses of color and this is how they treat customers. This is the fourth time I have had issues but never again. His products did not promote hair growth nor did they clear up any skin conditions.

  Have yet to receive my complete order(ordered in Feb it’s now April). Customer service is terrible because the owner doesn’t know how to properly communicate without being arrogant and he gives the runaround. When contacted multiple times he kept saying that he was shipping it 3 times and still never got it. I love supporting black businesses but this was not a good experience. Too much money spent to not receive the products or refund. DO BETTER! I also feel he doesn’t know how to manage his shipment orders effectively while ship them out in a timely manner. He needs to hold orders until he can catch up and that might alleviate missing items in the shipments. Never again and I’m going to tell everyone I know not to buy!

  I purchased the Parasite toothpaste set.It was worth every dime I spent.My teeth look pretty and shiny.Before I ordered I was using crest and my teeth would still feel like plaque was still on them and the Listerine would leave blue stains in my mouth and I would end up having to rinse my mouth with peroxide.Daddysbutter mouth wash is strong but a great product.Im very pleased with what I ordered from Daddybutter.
