    I ordered a product on 5-12-23 and made a mistake. I only wanted one product but with the way they have their website I got 3 products. I seen the mistake right away and tired many time to contact them. They never responded to any of my emails. They do not have a number to call. I returned the product right away but never got a refund or even a response. Please can you help.

    Hello, We did reply to the customer giving an option for a partial refund or she could return the product for a full refund. She did not reply to our email. She can reply to us and we will assist her further.

    I bought a bottle of their ceramic detail spray and received an empty envelope- that didn’t even look like it was sealed in the first place. I’m not surprised it was empty as it was a terrible way to ship a bottle. I have been trying to contact them for days now by email and social media (with pictures) for a replacement and have received NO RESPONSE! I also have video footage of the empty envelope being delivered to my house. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a “Company” All I wanted was a replacement but now I just want a full refund, as I will never buy a product from this company again.

    Ordered the product on January 16 2023, Order #474227
    As it indicates the product is a ceramic spray, once applied its supposed to protect the clear coat of the car surface, avoid spots, and give you a ceramic shine, the rain is suppose to slide right off. Unfortunately within 3 days the car had rain spots all over. The main purpose of purchasing the product is to avoid rain spots especially living in ******* that it rains all the time. I quickly inform the company Via email and there response was wash the car. There suppose to money back guarantee within 60 days. Have been contacting them but no response

    I placed an order on 11/3/2022 and the products were shipped on 11/9/2022. I received the shipment on 1/14/2022 and several items that were ordered and paid for were not included in the shipment. These items were missing from the order:
    (2) bottles of torque detail ceramic spray
    (1) bottle of turbo ceramic waterless detailer
    (2) applicator pads
    -approximately $110 of the $271.58 total order

    A telephone number was not provided by the vendor for customer service, but an email was listed to report concerns.
    I sent an email on 11/14/2022 to outline in detail the items that were missing from the order. I provided a copy of the receipt and packing slip. I had no response so I followed up with additional emails on 11/15/2022 and 11/17/2022.
    Having received no communication from the vendor on resolution to my issue, I had no recourse but to file this complaint.

    I ordered a three bottle deal from torque on 10/24/2022 said 5 to 7 days for delivery it the 2nd of November and still no package I’ve emailed the business 3 times no response I misplaced my order number but I’m sure my name and address is in their system

    On 9/25/2022 I purchased an order for $247.41 that I did receive my purchase but had to return upon immediate inspection due to the shipment having leaked from the inside. The website guarantees your money back within 60 days but I simply wish to exchange my shipment for a new, undamaged shipment. I've attempted numerous times to contact the seller via their contact info(they do not provide a contact phone number) but have yet to receive a reply of any kind.

The company I filed my complaint against finally reached out to me today, Oct. 13, to let me know a replacement order is being shipped to me. Communication has been made and my complaint for the moment seems to be resolved between myself and the company in question.

    On July 31st 2022, I ordered a ceramic detail spay from torque detail website. The product was sent August 2nd my order number was ******. When I received the package, it was empty! I've reached out several times via email as this is the only form of communication to them. I have not received any response back. Upon searching further into reviews by other clients I can see this has happened to many people and the company is non responsive. I'd like my money back.
