  In my opinion, Torque Detail has suspicious business practices. I ordered a power washer on sale that qualified for free shipping. I paid for the product and my credit card was charged. For 2-weeks, the SHOP app that Torque uses for shipping notifications indicated that my item was being processed. I finally emailed Torque about the status of my order. They did respond to my email in 2 business days (I'll give them credit for that) notifying me that they are checking with their shipper. Two days later, I was informed that they made a mistake and that it would cost me $60+ more dollars to ship. I turned down the offer requested a refund in which they did post 4-days later. I feel lucky that I followed up when I did or the charge would have been due in my upcoming bill period.
  The "suspicious busines practices" is that when I keep checking their website, it still indicates that the product would be shipped for free to my same address. They have been made aware of this error on their website but seem to refuse to fix it. This is very deceitful.

  Received the order I requested. They mailed it through USPS. When the package arrived, USPS had placed the box in a plastic bag as the solution from he item ordered had leaked throughout the box. I immediately contacted Torque Detail through email on this past Saturday with no response. I have sent that company two emails since then and still no response. Their website indicates full refund, which I am beginning to wonder if that is the case. I did not want to post anything on the BBB as I was wanting to give them a chance in refunding me the entire amount of $85.95 for the merchandise that was ordered. I indicated that I wanted a full refund and how would I go about returning the items. I also included in my pictures of an empty bottle, the plastic covering from USPS, and pictures of the wet damaged box. I indicated in that email that I spoke with a rep from USPS who stated that the company did not insure the package therefore the USPS can not be held liable for the damages. Also of note, I indicated in my email to that company that the package was packed poorly as there was not any bubble wrap to protect the product and only what appeared to be a small thin brown paper bag like paper which allowed no protection at all, there was to bubble wrap securing the items at all. I would like for you to assist me in getting my money refunded. I will never do business with them again or refer them to anyone.
  In my opinion, this company should received "0" stars due to the neglect in reaching out to the customer after receiving notification of a damaged product, but because I have to select a star in order to tell my story, I'll give it a "1", so that my complaint can be received. Please note: there is no listing of a telephone number on their site, which makes it difficult to contact customer service.

  This company is NOT legitimate. Their products are not what they say- they are cheap knock off shine waxes & soap. They do NOT respond to any emails to return any unopened, unused products well within the 30 day time period, upon research their return hub in ** in nonexistent; they state the ONLY way to return is with a pre paid shipping label from their company sent via email from them BUT you can never get one…
  (Upon deeper research many ppl have been suckered in but the company is doing its best to cover its tracks!)
  They also use ****** *** as their review company in which they pick & choose what to publish, basically keeping all negative reviews from the public eye & either creating their own or only allowing the ones from the poor suckers that used the crap on their cars & thought the cheap knock off shine looked just lovely.
