Horrible experience! I was charged almost $40.00 for someone else’s order! It showed up under my order number. When I emailed them I got no response. But they removed the order from my order number but never emailed me back even with my multiple emails being sent to them. And they never returned the funds I had to do a dispute on my card due to the fact they ignored all my emails and my contact trying to get the funds back. Never ordering from them ever again. I know I’m only one person and they won’t care but this is just ridiculous

Sent my coins in an unmarked envelope. Tried to refuse it and my postmaster said it would be sent to the recycling center due to it not being first class mail. Both the bill and coins were in there with no way to return it. So it would have been put into the recycling box and I'd be responsible for the bill and the coins!!!

      Advertisement is deceptive
Hi to hopefully someone who cares
My husband bought me the Jerusalem cross ring for my birthday because the main reason is I was recently saved, and this ring appeared to look like aquamarine my birthstone in March. Sounded like a perfect birthday gift to me. I received it the other day and was shocked at the difference between the stock photo and the actual ring.
I spoke with a representative over the phone, and she retrieved my order number which is #********* I don’t know about you, but $200 is an extravagant amount for us being retired on a fixed income to pay for a gift even though I will cherish it since it is a part of Jerusalem. I’m extremely disappointed in its appearance related to the picture in your marketing campaign. I will attach the comparison differences below, and you tell me what you would think and do if this happened to you.

When I called the customer service number and spoke with a representative, she basically told me that all your company could do would be send a replacement when they received my ring back. I am fairly certain that a replacement would not be any different. I just don’t understand why a reputable company could be deceitful about such a precious symbol of our Lord and Savior… and the place where he died to pay for our sins on the cross for us.
Could you please explain how this could happen, and do you intend to continue deceiving people in this manner? I always thought that ******* **** was a trustworthy , reputable, and dependable company. My opinion is worse. Please let me know if this practice will continue?
      Linda
I am so disappointed with this company how they present their products when the actual product looks nothing like what I was expecting or wanted. They never responded to my question concerning their future marketing strategy and if they were going to be honest with their presentations. I spent $200 on a ring that looked nothing like their photo! Shame on them.

Danbury Mint is questionable at best.
      Order # 1:
I ordered a ring, a necklace with earrings. They placed a hold on my funds for the full transaction instead of on payments. It took them 3 weeks to release the hold on my funds causing three $35.00 overdraft charges. They would not reimburse the overdrafts.
      Order # 2:
I ordered some currency with Danbury Mint which the placed a hold on my account for. Then PCS (a sister company to Danbury) charged me for the same thing. This is fraud to take funds twice from two different companies for the same thing.
Think 10 times before doing business with Danbury or PCS>

My complaint is about Danbury Mint. I purchased a Gold and Silver ******* Half Dollar on October 12, 2024, then on 11/12/24 they charged me $34.90 from my bank account and i didn’t order anything.

Vile company with heartless people cheating hard working families out of life saving and hard earnings criminal how they can still operate with the strong arming tactics that is reminiscent of the mafia. I pray people look at this and every others review or complaint rather and see this these criminals should never gets done from you and if you never ordered from them don’t pay they can’t prove you ordered from them and the creditors as well so it will be dropped but many people fold to their strong arm tactics unfortunately

This company, PCS stamps & Coins, has been harassing my elderly mother for the longest time. They claim she owes $64.95 for items she did NOT own. I ignored the letters because she did not own what they said, until recently when they sent a collection notice stating that the debt had been transferred to a debt collector, ********* ********* This is ridiculous because I will NOT pay for something that my mother did not receive. This is truly a SHAKE DOWN for money, regardless of not receiving anything. They are trying to ruin her credit and I refuse to pay for something not received just to settle a debt that does NOT exist. They are trying to scare and intimidate and they need to be reported for their SCAM tactics. I am livid!!!

We were not aware that the coins that your mother ordered were not received. We have cleared the balance due and closed her account. Thank you.

I have never been so crushed, distraught & extremely disappointed until I had a licensed coin appraiser come to the house to appraise my coin collection. I had purchased over $47,000 worth of coins, from PCS Coins & Stamps ( I had thought) over the past 15 plus years, and had them insured with our insurance company for what I paid for them and their replacements if anything should happen. The appraiser informed me that the collection was only worth $6,000. Therefore, I had lost over $41,000.

The professional Coin Grading Services of the coins were low grade, the currency was in poor shape, torn edges, lots of wear, etc. The Circulated, Uncirculated, Brilliant, Proof were all polished down, encased in plastic coin capsules, and a FREE display box worth, crap. The brochures kept stating that they were 99.9 silver. The stamps were not worth anything either. I even tried to check on having the silver melted down.

Previously, I had talked to a Customer Service Rep. and asked if they would purchase the coins back. I was told, "PCS is in the business of selling coins, and not purchasing them back. That I should contact a coin dealer, Pawn Shop or check the telephone directory."

I collected these coins for years intending to secure our retirement. I was about to cash out and I figured with the price of silver up, it would be a great time to cash out. How can a person go wrong with U.S. Currency? They are supposed to be the professionals. How can our government let these companies get away with scams like this? We are now on a fixed income only and were really planning on this investment.

How can a company mail out these brochures, scam people out of their hard earned savings & charge such exorbitant prices?

My advice 1) go to a licensed coin appraiser 2) NEVER purchase coins from PCS or on line, tv, junk mail. STAY away 3) Always check REVIEWS I didn't think I had to because this was US Currency and regulated by our government.
      I WOULD RATE THEM A "0"

It was requested last year that you cease and desist sending advertisements/enticements to my elderly mother with dementia. What you’re doing is elder abuse and predatory.
STOP sending advertising including brochures, postcards, letters etc or legal action will be taken.
