      I received an email today saying I owe for a purchase from 1/29/21 $125.55, after being disconnected , on hold for over 20 minutes, the agent said that there were problems within their system, I never got what she was taking about, the design of handbag, they apparently sent out a bunch of emails and their lines were flooded, I asked how they sent out merchandise without payment, they had issues
      To get an email about a year and 8 months later is pathetic
      I looked at my orders and I never ordered anything with this order number on it
      I asked for an email to show this is corrected, they can’t do this
      Wow, great company, sure don’t want to buy from them again, how messed up are they really!

      During a recent review of we found that there was a glitch and some customers were not billed for items that shipped.  The customer ordered a *******.Hobo.Navy.   please see attached invoice

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I thought I was billed, why would it even ship if it was not paid for, so to come back 17 months later is crazy because they don’t have any idea of what they are doing.I dont feel this is my problem, they can take the loss because they are obviously incompetent of completing a sale correct. I have bought from Dooney a lot over the years and never had a problem, maybe they need to figure out their issues, I will not ever purchase from them again. I feel like I am due an apology for what they have done to me. This better not affect my credit in any way because of their mistake. When I talked to them they admitted they messed up. I am in business high end sales, we would never do this to a customer!

      I have previously purchased items from Dooney and Bourke and receive emails from them. I received a notification of a "special release " satchel in April 2022 that looked great. The email implied it being a specialty item with limited quantities. My girlfriend's birthday is in early July, so I immediately purchased the advertised satchel on April 29, 2022 to give to her on her birthday.
      She took the satchel home and I noticed that I hadn't seen her wear it and subsequently asked if she didn't like it. She was afraid to hurt my feelings, but eventually admitted that she normally likes smaller purses/satchels. She reported that she never wore it and that it's still in the package. I told her that I would return the satchel and she could pick out another item that she liked from Dooney&Bourke.
      Unfortunately, Dooney&Bourke didn't care that I purchased the item early for a birthday gift, that it was never used, still in the package and the style is still showing on the website. Their rhetoric is constant, saying that because the purchase was more than 30 days, they will not accept it as a return or consider an exchange under any circumstance. I will never buy from Dooney&Bourke again and encourage anyone shopping for a purse/satchel to consider another manufacturer. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to the customer.  As a one time courtesy we will except the return.  For a full refund the item must be new, never been used and in restockable condition.  Please return the item via *** or insured mail.  please include the original packing slip.  if you do not have the original packing slip, please include your name, address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.  Your reference number is **********.

      I bought Dooney and bourke bags from I thought was *** ( I have pictures of the website which they have since changed) they are knock offs and keep fight me to refund
