      I ordered a bag and it was shipped through UPS. UPS sends me a delivered notice and a photo I can’t view because when I put in my shipping zip code it says invalid. Customer Service is a joke with a chat box and they only feed off UPS no real customer service. I have purchased several dooney bags and until today have had no issue. They don’t do anything to help the matter. Needless to say I’m telling all my family and friends to never purchase another bag charm wallet or anything

      I'm surprised and disappointed by how my refund was handled. I was originally charged $155.35 for the purse, yet I only received $125.00 back—apparently after a $10 shipping fee was deducted.
      Charging me for shipping on a returned item feels unfair, and the final amount refunded does not add up. This experience has left a bad impression, and I won’t be making future purchases from your company.

      I purchased a bag for my girlfriend from this company back in early March, as soon as it came she was not satisfied with it as it unfortunately did not look like the one she wanted. I contacted customer support two days later, they helped me with a return label. The purse was sent off and received on April 4th. I have yet to receive a refund or have any update. They have passed the receiving date and the inspection date that they say for refunds. The purse was send back exactly as it came. I would not order from this company unless you know exactly what you want. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO BEING THE SAME BAG! Husband bought me a bag for graduation and it isn't even the same bag, color or shape. They tried to say it may slightly change due to material. I wish I could upload the picture. AND they had the nerve to charge me 10 for return!! They literally took it out my refund but they didn't reimburse me the taxes either. And this is suppose to be a reputable company. NEVER AGAIN!

      The mail service mark my bag as deliver when it wasn’t . We have video as evidence that they didn’t on the day and time they said . No one wants to take responsibility not the mail service or D&B . Also they don’t insurance there bags when they shipped then out . Am not getting a refund because it shows delivery. Why are this big company getting away with this ? What can I do so I can get my 400.00 back ???? HELP

      I ordered a wallet for my daughter and used my default address, the one on my Dooney profile page. I was shocked to learn that the wallet had been sent to an old address, a three year old address. I contacted Dooney, sent a screenshot of my profile. I mentioned that the last 3 Dooney orders I made were corrected sent to my default address. They said they weren't refunding me. I responded - they ignored me.
      I lost the money I paid for the wallet and my respect for a company whose bags I love.
      I won't be buying another Dooney.

      I just received my order and the purse has markings on the leather that are visible to the eye. The markings are right on the front side, the bottom, and the strap has dings and is rough to the touch. Not sure how if it was wrapped in plastic, unless it was done prior to being packed to ship. I am not going to pay the flat fee to return the item. The quality of the product has gone down. I thought I was getting a deal with it being on sale, but I will not place an order through the web again with this company.

      Dooney offers a 20% discount on your first purchase if you sign up for emails. BUT THEY DO NOT HONOR IT! Item I wanted to purchase was on sale, so they wouldn’t take the discount code. They never indicated the validity of the code on sale items.
      Don’t purchase from Dooney - customer service was horrible.

      I will never again purchase anything from Dooney and Bourke. I made a purchase & while at work the package was stolen from my Condo steps. After speaking with Dooney and Burke, 1st - the Customer service is horrible, rude and unprofessional. 2nd, I was notified that I will not be refunded because it was stolen and they only refund if it was delivered to the wrong address…NEVER AGAIN!!

      They refused to give me the 20% discount for signing up for emails and text messages. They never took the 20% discount off my first purchase. What a rip off! What a gimmick to get your email and phone numbers so now they can drive you crazy with stupid advertisement when I won’t do business with them again cheat me once is all you get!
