  I used this website for 2 successful orders, but on the 3rd order they never shipped the wine and never answered my 5 attempts to contact them through customer service. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I think this is a scam.

  This company are thieves and scammers.... BEWARE
  In April i placed a $1,200 order with them. They took my money and then went silent and did not ship the wine. Emails to them requesting updates went unanswered. I was able to get my money back by disputing the charge with ****.
  STAY AWAY FROM WINE PARITY!

  Placed an order for a case of wine on 12/31/2022 and neither received the wine nor the refund. When complaining, the typical response I was receiving was that my delivery will be late by two/three weeks.

  I ordered wine from this company back before Christmas of 2022. They promised to have the wine delivered to me before Christmas. Here it is almost June of 2023. I still have yet to receive the wine. They promised to refund my order which hasn’t happened either. This is a Scam company. Do not waste your time or money with them.

  We ordered almost $350 worth of wine in February. My husband reached out several weeks later and was told, via email (noone picks up the phone), that they would look into it. With no response, he asked for a refund and nothing happened. I then called ( I left a message because they don't pick up the phone) and sent an email . . . no response.
  Does posting here do any good? How many of these remarks do you need before something is done? And you should provide negative star ratings!!

  BIG SCAM. They robbed me. I was dumb enough to spend over $350 on a case of wine. They never delivered, responded or refunded me.

  I placed an order in Dec 2022 and never received wine. I contacted the company many times, and the response was that the wine was on order. I recently received an email offering the wine for sale, but still no order received. Avoid this on-line seller.

  This is a SCAM company. We paid upfront and never received our order. We paid them almost $400 that I am still waiting to receive back as a refund after cancelling. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card.

  Ordered wine that never came. Emailed them but no response, emailed again a few days later with no response. I came here and saw all these reviews so decided to dispute the charge on the credit card as suggested but when I checked the statement, the transaction had already disappeared. They never contacted me to tell me they cancelled or anything.

  Appears I've been had as well. Asked to send me order info. Gave me same story and required me to request a refund. I wrote back demanding that they refund to my card. NO RESPONSE.
  Scam artists it would appear.
