      NEGATIVE STARS! Ordered my wine March 2, 2023. Nowhere on the page did it say anything about it being out of stock. So I waited, and waited and finally tried to call. The answering machine picks up and HANGS up on you. You can not leave a message. I have emailed several times. They did respond saying my wine was backordered. Then - it will be shipped the week of 3/27. I emailed twice last week. NO RESPONSE. I emailed twice again today. NO RESPONSE. I have disputed the charges with my CC company. I got suspicious and started looking for reviews. Ugggg.... I am always good at looking at reviews for a company first and didn't. Makes me sick that their website and business haven't been shut down. SCAMMERS! Go to a reputable website.

      Is there less than one star available? I ordered a case of wine a month ago. I followed up a week later to inquire about shipping. It took a week to get an answer that my wine was backordered and would be shipped in three weeks. I followed up this week, and two days later received a bizarre email telling me they have changed card processing systems, and that my order got caught in teh changeover. They asked me to DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY for non-delivery...(how about offering to refund the charge, Wine Parity?) and to go on line and reorder my wine. Really? The phone number they offer is NEVER answered. I tried at all times of day. And they really don't answer their email in any kind of respectable time frame. My mistake for ordering from a company I knew nothing about. Thank goodness my credit card is Amex Platinum, and they provide great customer service. STAY AWAY from this company. They are not letigimate.

      should have read these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a case of wine in February and SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that a company that charges your card before shipping is a ripoff. No wine, no contact (after calling and emailing).
      I disputed the charge on my card and left them a vm to cancel the order. We'll see how this plays out, but I am anticipating legal action. Good thing I have a lawyer who ordered the same case as I did at the same time.

      This company is unscrupulous. They do not tell the truth. I ordered wine and after a month of no delivery and false updates I disputed the transaction on my credit card. I shared this information with them. After 3 weeks since I notified them that I was disputing the charge I was contacted by them and asked to resubmit my order because there was a problem with their credit card processing.

      I was stupid to order without researching them first. No way would I pay a second time for an order that was not delivered the first time. Beware.

      I ordered a 6-pack wine from WineParity on 12/14/2022 and paid $221.08 for the order/shipment. In response to my inquiries several weeks later, I was briefly told that the wine is back ordered. This happened again a few weeks later, on 2/13/2023 and when finally I asked for a refund, received no further reply from the company.
      This type of dishonest business practice should be eliminated by every possible means and the broadest publicity should be used to warn everyone from engaging with it and lose money on it.

      A year back we bought some wine. 2months and 6 phone calls later later it showed up. Then Dec 2022 we see a charge on our CC for almost $500.00. 4 phone calls later and 2 emails we finally got someone on the phone and they apologized and refunded the money.
      Fast forward to March '23 and they charged our CC again for another $450! This time we got 3 bottles of wine in the mail that we didn't order. 10 emails in and 10 phones calls and no response. We had to file a complaint with the CC company and get a new CC#.
      Horrible company to order from.

      I had purchased two cases of wine from this company every December, as gifts for my brothers, without any problem. This past January, February and March, more than $400 were charged each month to my credit card for wine I did not order. My emails to the salesman I had dealt with in December, and to the customer service department, were unanswered. I placed telephone calls to the sales and customer service departments but no one picks up. A voicemail says to leave a message, but then then hangs up. This company should be immediately investigated as the charges against my card were fraudulent. I would leave a "no star" rating if I could and am writing this to warn others.

      There should be an option for 0 stars.
      I ordered 12 of a $38/bottle cab blend wine and they sent me 1 bottle of a cheap $9 white wine.
      I didn't know until UPS left and I opened the box.
      I have tried to contact them and they don't respond.
      Do not trust this company at all costs.
      I am disputing the charge with my credit card.
      this company should be made to go out of business.

      So far, I have to agree with all of these reviews. I ordered and paid for 8 bottles of red wine several weeks ago. What I received was 2 bottles of white wine. Have so far sent three emails to customer service, not one response of acknowledgement or that they are looking into my order which remains unfilled. My frustration is building. This was my first order and I can assure you my last. Very risky company and one that seems to not care about customers or their reputation. Hopefully someone there cares enough to solve my order mixup. ??????

      I wish I had read the reviews first. What a rip off. Paid for a case of wine ($440) and received two bottles of garbage wine. I can't say enough awful things about this company. When you call the sales number, it says no one is available to speak to you right now, please leave a message and then the phone disconnects.
