Having Home Serve was such a great experience for our family. A water turn off valve in our basement would not turn off the water. They got us a plumber and after 5 hours of trying to match parts to pipes in an older home the young man was able to fix the problem. Also cleaned up everything around the work area. So glad we had home serve because that took care of the issue and covered the cost.HomeServe USA Corp.

Hot Water Heater. The HomeServe reps I spoke to were courteous & professional. The first company they connected me with couldn’t come for 5 days. I called HomeServe back & the rep made the call themselves to other companies to find someone who could come out sooner. The technician arrived on the same day that I made the service call and the hot water heater was replaced all on the same day. I didn’t think that was possible. I didn’t even have to cancel the original appointment that was days out. The HomeServe rep canceled it for me.HomeServe USA Corp.

This review relates to billing. This company has never been consistent in accurate billing. Just recently, I was charged 3 payments on my plumbing/sewer accounts. However, each of these account payments had already been paid and cleared my checking account. This has caused my checking account to reach a critical status. These funds were charged without my authorization.
I have not missed any payments, so there certainly is no legal justification for their action. At this point, corporate really needs to get involved to prevent this from happening again. Please feel free to contact me at ************ for further details.HomeServe USA Corp.

Had electrical issues. Contacted HomeServe. They sent technicians from **** ******** ***** They arrived on time, were friendly and professional - but most of all- knowledgeable. Fixed my problem quickly! Very pleased??HomeServe USA Corp.
