We have had two experiences with Home Serve. Once with our water line
and then just this past week with our electrical line. Would highly recommend
the money we put into this service each month is worth ever penny!!

I signed up two years ago and never filed a claim. They have continually increased their pricing and this year auto deducted the increased price from my van without telling the prices increased again. Was not aware the first year was discounted either. This is a company that hides important details then claims they told you about it. Canceled my plan and demanded a refund for this year. It is unconscionable to increase an agreed upon price for services every year like that and I highly encourage BBB to investigate if this company is following PA consumer protection laws and decreasing their rating.HomeServe USA Corp.

I have made 2 claims for plumbing and 1 for an central air issue. And homserv has been the only company I have used thus far that has been informative and timely. The appointments i made after each claim, has been made no more than 2 days or so after the claim. Every tech they have sent out has been professional and I am very satisfied with the services! Homeserv has been awesome so far!HomeServe USA Corp.
