I had contacted HomeServe because I had a sewer backup. Within two hours of my call HomeServe sent a tech out to solve my problem, which he did in a timely manner.
Very professional and I have signed up for HomeServe about 10 years ago and they have helped me in the past and are still helping me.
I personally highly recommend this service.HomeServe USA Corp.

Thion Is Really Good At His Job. Very Professional And Polite. He Did Not Cut Corners And Was Straight Up With Us About What Was Going On With My Problem. I Will Most Definitely Use Them Again. Unfortunately We Decided Not To Put The Freon In The Ac Because It Need Some Repairs Done. Im Waiting On Them To Call About Pricing To Fix The Issues. Great servicesHomeServe USA Corp.

When I called for an issue with dryer, they collected machine information & then sent the schedule based on my availability.
Service person contacted me in advance and was very professional in fixing the issue. Didn't take more than 30mins to find and fix the problem.

We had a pretty bad plumbing leak. In fact, it was "raining" in our kitchen. We dreaded fixing it this ourselves and knew we couldn't to have it professionally repaired. Thank goodness we have Home Serve Home owners warranty service! This one repair covered 100% of this year's and the past two years' annual enrollment charges with just one claim. You can't beat that! Supplemental insurance is something you buy as a bonus protection plan. You hope you never need it. We view it simply as an investment. And for the first time, Mirphy's Law was in our favor. Normally, it's when a person doesn't have the plan that things break, and when he has the plan, that things tend not to break. This time Murphy's Law paid off for us and something actually broke while we were under warranty. Amazing!
Home Serve was out here within one week (it wasn't an emergency, or they wiuld have been here sooner) and to our surprise, repaired all the plumbing in one visit and up and running in no time. We are so very impressed.HomeServe USA Corp.
