Miguel, of HIS & HERS PLUMBING did a great job for my bathroom sink. He replaced the down pipe . He was professional, in all way. He cleaned the area and turned the water back on. He did not leave until he checked the pipe.
We will use this company if need further assistance.

I don't recall ever even signing up for this. Yet they've been charging me since I bought my house three years ago. I called to cancel and never got the refund I was promised. So now I have to issue a chargeback through my bank and change ALL my accounts that also use that card. Thanks *********HomeServe USA Corp.

I am so pleased with Homeserve & ** ********* Home serve was able to get me an appointment quickly, which meant a lot to me being that I am handicapped. I called at nine and by 11. The plumber was at my door AK plumbing was fantastic. The young man was so nice and professional, and he did his job quickly and efficiently. Thank you to both companies!HomeServe USA Corp.

I Had An Emergency...there was a fire in my bedroom outlet, and the fire department was called. They put a red tag on my main breaker because of the way it's labeled we were not sure of which breaker controlled that room (Meaning I Had No Power...Air...Deep Freezer Full Of Food.Its 7:30pm And I'm 67 And Have Arthritis In Both Knees)Home Serve Expedited My Repair Ticket And ******** **** *** Not Only Came To My Rescue In A Timely Manner But *********** Put Me At Ease And Percel Reassured Me That It Would Be Alright And He Would Be Here By Noon.Not Only Did He Show Up but He Came With Ice And Bottled Water, Making Sure Not Only Would My Home Be Taken Care Of, I Was Taking Care Of As Well. HomeServe tech was out to service my daughters air conditioner before summer hits. He told her that she needed a new unit and someone from **** would contact her. He did not attempt to make any adjustments or repair her existing unit. We are very dissatisfied with the service provided.HomeServe USA Corp.
