I was disappointed with my first two appointments but finally on the third time I was completely satisfied. There was communication with the service person and the job was done professionally.

I think purchasing coverage from Home Serve was the very best thing I have done for my home. I have been a customer for a number of years and have never had to use their services. That is until a month ago, when I had a pipe leak from my bathroom through my ceiling. I called on a Sunday night. They dispatched *********** ******** the next morning. Took 2 days but they resolved the issue and Home Serve saw to their payment.
Then 3 weeks later I experienced an outside plumbing issue. Again on a Sunday night I called Home Serve, and the next morning ********** was at my door. When it took more than the initial visit to resolve my problem, Home Serve, in a timely fashion, approved the additional work.
Home Serve and the company they contracted with has made my problems tolerable by keeping me informed. I receive texts at every stage of the repair. In my opinion Home Serve rocks!

We had an issue with one of our outlets, Jasons place to work order the very next day they were out, fixed it within two minutes. The young man that came out and fixed. The outlet was very sweet, young, and very courteous, but he knew what he was doing, I would give them a five star, and I would recommend Anyone to do business with them because they’re on it.HomeServe USA Corp.
