I contacted Home Serve on a weekend concerning my malfunctioning hot water heater. I was immediately able to reach a representative who assured me that he would get a plumber as quickly as possible. I received a text from the plumber Home Serve contacted within a few hours l. The plumber had to replace my old water heater. Home Serve covered $1000.00 of the cost. I am a happy Home Serve customer.HomeServe USA Corp.

Communication from HomeServe and ****** ******** * *******, about appointments and arrival was helpful and prompt. When Technician Roman arrived, he was Courteous, Kind And Knowledgeable. He Was Very Patient In Explaining Everything He Was Going To Do. He welcomed any questions that I had. Ensuring In Layman Terms That I Understood Everything. Exceptional Service,And Expertise. Roman And His Teammate Left The Property Clean And Neat. I Was Highly Impressed With The Work Done And Would Definitely Use ****** ******** For Any Future Plumbing Needs, especially If I can Request Roman.
