The technician was on time. He was very knowledgeable. The store that he needed to get the part from was closing soon. He was able to get the part before the store closed. He made sure we had heat before he left. I thought that was very kind of him and I appreciated it very much.HomeServe USA Corp.

I had a plumbing leak in my slab in the kitchen. HomeServe sent .1-T*********** through the contract I hold with them. These guys were wonderful. They located the problem. They corrected it and cleaned up after themselves. I had a very positive experience with HomeServe they came through for me and picked up 85% of the cost. I paid a small deductible. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased. I am grateful I had the pipe insurance with them and several others to cover major things involved with owning a homeHomeServe USA Corp.

I was surprised how easy it was to utilize Home Serve. They immediately had a Customer Care Person, Radonna set me up with an appointment with a Professional Plumber, Eric, they assured me there would not be any extra charges involved in my claim, which was fantastic. Thank You Home Serve For sending us ****** *** ********. If we ever have other plumbing issues, I surely hope they will send this company to us once again.HomeServe USA Corp.
