I was surprised how easy it was to utilize Home Serve. They immediately had a Customer Care Person, Radonna set me up with an appointment with a Professional Plumber, Eric, they assured me there would not be any extra charges involved in my claim, which was fantastic. Thank You Home Serve For sending us ****** *** ********. If we ever have other plumbing issues, I surely hope they will send this company to us once again.

After attempting to use the home warranty for a sewer backup Home Serve is unresponsive. I have called more than 30 times and have and left as many emails. Candice G****** *s assign to our account and she will not respond to any communication. Home Serve refuses to honor our the agreement.HomeServe USA Corp.

I was told by Homeserv that I would receive a reimbursement of $1,000 to replace my AC and $1,000 to replace my furnace. They will not reimburse me for my AC replacement like they said they would. I have emailed and called. I have text messages telling me I would receive the reimbursement.HomeServe USA Corp.

Homeserve put in a Water Heater 5/2024 that starting leaking in less than a year. Called Technician to repair it and they did not have the parts. Parts were delivered by another technician, but was wrong part. Another technician is coming as I write this and he stated that the parts were there according to previous technician. Previous technician communicated to technician that parts were here and if they aren't maybe he has the part on his truck. So I have the possibly will have not hot water to cook, clean and shower for the next 24 hours. Do not use Homeserve for plumbing as I cannot speak for their other services. Called home serve and representative was rude and would not connect me to supervisor. Unacceptable, I have a service contract for heat and cooling which I will be cancelling.HomeServe USA Corp.
