      Plumber did nothing because he said he saw improper plumbing. The leak was in the tub drain and still leaks. He took pictures on his phone and did not touch anything ! I see I was charged a call:

      Hired HomeServe to install a new gas furnace. Five weeks after the install there was a gas smell in the basement. Called the gas company only to find out that there was a gas leak!!! Reached out to HomeServe to have my concerns addressed as I was extremely upset. They pretty much just blew me off. No care, compassion, empathy or anything. My entire house could have exploded. My pets could have died and my family as well. I am very disappointed in the lack of knowledge, ownership, workmanship, expertise that was displayed. They didn't even pull the permits that were required. I had to address this as well 5 weeks after the install. There was negligence but basically, we got LUCKY, so they don't care. I lost my confidence in them and now I live in fear in my own house. I was advised that upper management would be in contact with me yet, it has been over 3 weeks, and I still have yet to receive that phone call.

      Wow, what attention to deal? you can't even get the issue correct. Did you even read the review?? It was a GAS LEAK??????????? not an interior drain line problem. I contacted the office of the president over a week ago and still have yet to hear back from the operation's upper management team. No one has done a final assessment nor addressed my concerns on the negligence in this matter.

      Excellent service, had a water line leak, someone was here within an hour after I reported the problem. The company rhat repaired the leak was also excellent, I was very pleased with them, they explained the problem and the fix. HAPPY Customer!!!

      Have been a customer for over 5 years and they have always been prompt, professional and recently went beyond to find a plumber after all the local ones were doing hurricane related work. I recommend them highly.

      The plumber that was sent by Homeserve was So Nice, Professional & Respectful. He Provided Outstanding Service! Everything Is Working Well! Thanks So Much! I so appreciate having Homeserve. It is really financial helpful to be able to pay $ 25.00 for a service vs. having to pay the entire bill each time for a plumber. I was skeptical at first when I signed up for Homeserve, but it has proved to be a God Send while trying to keep up my properties. They always send top knotch people and I have never had a probem with them.

      On October 10, 2022, I called HomeServe and paid $390.11 for the Premium Plus Annual Plan. During this call, I informed the representative that the bank account on file was no longer valid and requested it be removed. However, on October 25, 2022, HomeServe attempted to deduct $458.96, causing overdraft fees from my bank. I was able to resolve this issue after speaking with Jamie from the corporate office.
      In 2023, we canceled our HomeServe service, but on March 4, 2024, they deducted $334 from my bank account. I called and emailed several times, speaking with Customer Service, who confirmed that my account was canceled and initially denied any record of the $334 deduction. I provided proof of the charge, and they assured me that a credit would be issued. After several months of calls and emails, I have yet to receive the promised credit. I ended up closing the bank account and today 3/26/2025 I received a letter from HomeServe for non-payment, this company is ridiculous and fraudulent, and I strongly recommend calling a local furnace company for your annual tune-ups instead.
