I am very pleased with HomeServe. John and the other gentleman were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Before they left, everything was cleaned and put back the same way they found it. They were wonderful.

I am extremely disappointed with Home Serve. I have been a customer for 5 years. I was offered a lower amount on a dishwasher. ***** first came out on February 5, 2025 with dishwasher not working. Home Serve said ***** conveyed the opposite. Checked the information was inaccurate. Then I was told ** came out to my house and fixed my dishwasher which wasn't true. The agent Teresa was polite but didn't have accurate information. She said they charged Home Serve for a service call after I explained ***** already came out. I am disappointed how my claim was handled which from the beginning I was sold on the services of 1000 towards the appliances to a different amount.HomeServe USA Corp.

From the initial call to Home Serve to the call from the provider AJ The Plumber I was treated with respect and dignity. The plumbers had a more difficult job than thought but returned with the proper tools as well as kept me well informed as to what the next steps were. Very polite and friendly - not overly but just enough where as a customer I was very comfortable with the plumbers coming into my home. Denied service due to issue being in crawlspace.
Agreement clearly states: “… What sections are covered?
• If supplied by a utility: Your System pipe from Your utility’s
responsibility to the water meter or main shut-off valve inside Your
Home, including the tailpiece. “
“… What is a Covered …
• Non-functioning stop boxes, shut-off valves, pressure reducing valves,
and backflow prevention devices that are part of Your System.HomeServe USA Corp.

Two stars for the AC/Heating plan. Here is my problem with Homeserve concerning the AC/Heating plan. It's half a plan that doesn't cover the Air Handler. I've complained about it to the CEO's offices but have gotten no clear response as to why. The other plans work fine for me, with the exception of the A/C/Heating plan. When my Blower motor broke, Homeserve wouldn't cover it even though they have an ad saying it does. The HVAC combo plan from HomeServe covers the following types of heating and cooling problems including:
Pilots
Thermocouples
Pressure Switch
Regulator Valves
Blower
Low Water Cutoff
Barometric Damper
Air Scoops
Aquastat
Blower Motors
Blower Assembly
Fan Controls
Limit Controls
Fusible Links
Gas Valves
Note: "Blower Motors"
Can Homeserve sell a complete AC/Heating plan? This is the answer I want from the CEO's office.HomeServe USA Corp.
