Shady letter from company came in.
Trying to sell me insurance for my waterlines. Made sure to make it very clear that I OWN AND ARE RESPONSIBLE for said lines.
Problem is, I DON'T own the property in question. My Mother does and all property is marked and labeled as such.
WaterServe, while I can see you are a proper and upright business with no major complaints and that this is probably just the result of an over eager automatic system, BUT...
Please don't go off killing my mother behind my back. I appreciate you show some courtesy and contact her or at least WAIT till she actually dies before you start trying to scare new customers to your business.
And yes, when that sad time does come and I need such service I will NOT being using you for that service now. Much TOO eager for other people's parents to die for me to trust you in my opinion.

***** ******** has great service - one phone call and they are on their way to scheduling service immediately. I had a leaking pipe, and they repaired it in no time. I have never had any issues with the service they provided. They are always very polite and courteous.HomeServe USA Corp.

Everything was perfect After Many calls and not getting any Answers until 3-23 25 Mon Lenzie helped me the most she was an Angel thanks to her she made me feel very important and actually told me I sent my receipt to the right place. Carl provided outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed our toilet issues. He took the time to explain the make and model, noting that it was designed for low flushes, and even recommended a better model for improved performance. He also checked the water flow and made adjustments to increase efficiency. Beyond that, Carl thoroughly inspected the gasket, pump, and buttons to ensure everything was in good working order. He went the extra mile by verifying our outside water meter, giving us peace of mind that we weren’t dealing with a hidden leak that could lead to a higher water bill.
During our conversation, I mentioned an issue with our water heater, and Carl didn't hesitate to take a look. He quickly identified that our electric water heater was only meant for a single bathroom - not the entire house. He provided valuable recommendations for upgrading to a larger unit, and we would definitely be considering *** * **** ******** to install it.
Carl was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I highly recommend Carl and will definitely be calling *** * **** ******** for any future plumbing needs.

We had a fantastic experience with the Homeserve water line replacement plan. Our water line began to fail on us and we were getting water in the basement. We contacted Homeserve and they had a local plumber come out and take a look very quickly. The approval process was also quick and hassle free for us, the plumbing company handled all communication with Homeserve and they completed the entire replacement of the water line (dug up front yard, pulled out old pipe, installed new pipe, re did our yard and upgraded our water meter and shut off to code) all in 8 hours start to finish! We were very impressed with both the speed of the repair and the entire process. We thought it would be like most insurance claims where the insurance company tries their best to get out of the claim but Homeserve really came through! We are now looking into getting coverage on our rental properties, the plans are super affordable and it saved us thousands of dollars on a costly water line replacement. HomeServe USA Corp. sent out ******* plumbing the next day and the plumber they sent was DaveC**** , he was courteous , knowledgeable , on time and resolved the problem ( clogged drain pipe )
We would definitely recommend ******* plumbing to our friends and neighbors , in fact , I'm going to list them on the "********" website as a go to plumbing business. I also recommend purchasing a "HomeServe" contract for indoor/outdoor plumbing upsets, it sure helps with the cost. ??HomeServe USA Corp.

HomeServe, is an excellent Corporation. I, have several contracts with HomeServe, my heating system, plumbing and gas lines. I, used them on several occasions for leaks to my plumbing and servicing my gas heat. The contractors they use are excellent not only servicing my systems, they are clean, friendly and very professional.
I, have recommended HomeServe to several of my friends who THANK me all the time.

HomeServe got someone out immediately, even though it was the weekend. Lots Plumbing was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to solve the issue with deep tree roots creating the blockage They were fast and efficient. Highly recommendHomeServe USA Corp.
