    I paid over $70 to WINZip for a year's subscription to antivirus software - But after 3 months of using that software, it stopped and asked for payment. I entered the S/N but they said it is invalid and keep asking for a renewal of the software, what a deceiver company is it? ***** *** ***** ****** ******** ********* ** ****** ****************

    I tried this product but I was really surprised. They use proprietor compression algorithm but don't provide any extraction tool for free. Therefore if you will send an archive to anybody who doesn't have a copy WinZip they are not able decompress archive if it has been created in format zipx. Therefore, if you want to send this archive to anybody who doesn't have WinZip copy you have to send them an archive created in zip format with much lesser compression ratio. By the wall all of similar commercial products have a similar option but not WinZip. I sent them email where I explained this situation but I received a response where they rejected to add this feature with explanation. I am not sure if this policy violate anti-monopoly law but it discriminate current and potential users. Taking into account I am not sure if their policy violate or not U.S. consumer lawsuit I didn't send a complain FOR NOW
