    The delivery of the paper has been haphazard at best. 53 missed deliveries, automatic charging of credit card unauthorized. Can not delete card from account. Customer Service phone number sends your call to the *********** telemarketing "boiler room " call center. Call center states the complaints will be forwarded the the Norwich Bulletin. The Norwich Bulletin does not follow up on missed deliveries.

    I ordered a Sunday subscription for the newspaper every weekend for a year. I ordered this subscription and paid for one year and also paid an advance tip for whomever may be delivering my paper. I signed up October 1, 2022 and have not received one paper but they took my money. I have made multiple calls, all with the same results. Promises to deliver the paper but as of now, February 21st, I STILL have not received the subscription I have paid for. I tried to ask for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money.

    Paid upfront for a subscription. We have had more missed deliveries than papers delivered. The issue is reported each time there is no delivery. I have called numerous times and been told the problem would be rectified. Last week when I called, I was told the district manager would ensure the paper was delivered each day and we have still not received a paper since that day. I am tired of filing complaints and calling them with no resolution especially after paying for the service upfront.

    I have been paying for a home delivery subscription of the Norwich Bulletin since September. They have not delivered the news papers. I have filed numerous complaints for non-delivery on their website and have called numerous times. I have also requested a refund which I have not received and they continue to charge my account monthly. The charges are listed under ****** *****?
