I had a wonderful carrier whose last day was July 7. The day she left that notice was the day I knew I would be having trouble.....and how right I was!!! I have called multiple times to report no paper and was given many lines of "we are working on this". No one from NB called or replied to my emails or did a thing to resolve this. After many years of being a subscriber, I cancelled last week and requested my credit refund. I had been paid ahead and I was owed 3 weeks of no paper. I just called AGAIN.....they have done NOTHING to issue my credit!!!! I have heard many stories of delivery issues with NB but until my carrier stopped, I had been one of the lucky ones. Not anymore and their lack of communication and so many lies is aggravating. To add insult, someone called at 8:45 last night offering a new subscription rate.....seriously?????

My Mother paid for a subscription to the Norwich Bulletin, received NO papers, called but couldn't get to talk to anyone, so I was able to finally talk to someone. They sent her a refund of $91.84 when they owed her $165.20. I called again, they said they would put in a request for the remaining balance which we did not receive so I called again only to be told she didn't put in enough complaints!!! WHAT??? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I paid over 700 bucks for a one year subscription. Today was my 7th call to Norwich Bulletin. We have received the paper every two days at best. Sunday paper always comes on Monday. Delivery person still has a job and we just got Sunday's paper today. Monday! How can they collect 700.00 bucks and not provide the product as promised?

I paid for 6 month subscription, after receiving a paper sporadically for a month, the paper stopped coming. I haven't received a paper in over two months, I call them and get an automated response that says we are unable to deliver your paper today and your subscription will be extended thank you for calling, good bye. Because they don't pay and treat their delivery people appropriately, Take people's money for home delivery service but don't deliver if this isn't illegal it should be.
