    Attempted to purchase a grill brush from this company. They charged my credit card but then never shipped the item. I tried to get in touch with the company but they only have an email which they never respond to. No phone number to talk with anyone. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. I would stay away from this company at all costs.

    I would love to give them 0 stars. I received a defective brush in May of 2024 that was a Father's Day gift. It leaked and I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I received an email from the inventor/owner apologizing, promising a refund and return label. That was in July of 2024. It is now October. I contacted my bank and credit card company to get a refund (which I finally did) and they tried with ZERO success to contact the company. The owner, Michael Wales, admitted his product was defective in the email I received, warning me to "be careful" if I use it. I never got the return label. His website still claims that their product is safe (a known lie) and proudly made in the USA. Frankly, that claim is an insult to Americans. I've had better customer service from companys all over the world. Shame on them.

    Bought 3 brushes, had one in the past and I liked it. one of the brushes leaks, after
    3 emails to the company NO RESPONSE, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, lets see if I get a response now.

    Grill Daddy sent me a broken item. I keep trying to contact them to help figure out how to resolve the problem but They don’t answer email or telephone. I think this is not a place to buy from.

    Grill Daddy is a great company - they manufacture an innovative line and Steam Cleaning Grill Brushes - my order was shipped within 2 days - and the product exceeded my expectations.
    Especially love that they manufacture in the USA.
