      I ordered flowers several days ahead of my desired delivery date to be delivered to my mother in law. The flowers were marked as delivered very late in the day on the desired delivery date, but they were never delivered. I immediately contacted FTD and received an automated email promising a response within 24 hours. The response never came. Several days later, I sent another email, this time the automated response promised a response within 48 hours. That response never came. I reached out again, and finally got a response saying that they had to investigate with the florist and would respond to me within 48 hours. That was more than three days ago. I have not gotten any resolution and have filed a claim with my bank to attempt to recover my money. I am very disappointed and will definitely not use FTD again in the future.

      On May 11, 2023, I ordered two separate Mothers Day arrangements online from FTD, each one to a different address, and I paid $89.40 for each one of them. The order numbers are on ************ and *************. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday May 13, 2023, but neither one of them did. I called the customer service number twice, both on Mothers Day. In both cases I was given no resolution as to what happened, why, or what the current status was. Worse yet, I could not even be given a date when to expect they would be delivered. During the first inquiry call I made on Mothers Day, the surly representative even hung up on me. During the second call I was told the flowers would be delivered on Mothers Day, but of course they were not. This morning, now Monday May 15, 2023, the status of the orders are showing in progress and in transit respectively. This status hasnt changed for days, and still no flowers, and no refund. The intended recipients of these flowers are disappointed, and I feel ripped-off.

      I would give a negative rating if I could. There are no words to describe how inept and unprofessional they are, canceling my order ON MOTHER'S DAY bc they are unable to fulfill. UNACCEPTABLE!! I am posting reviews about this incompetent business everywhere I possibly can.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I accept that I did receive a refund, however that is not the point. My mother did not receive her gift for Mother's Day, and was left with nothing on her special day due to FTD's incompetence. A refund does not excuse this, however there I know that nothing further can be done, so you can close my case. I have left reviews everywhere I could think of for this sorry excuse for a business.

      Order flowers to delivered to my sister on May 4th for hosting myself and our two other sisters. With tax and delivery charge I spent over $85 for a spring bouquet that came to her home hot, wilted, murky water, and lackluster color of flowers. I contacted FTD and they apologized and said they would resend the bouquet. I filled out a form to have the flowers re-sent on Saturday May 6th before 2:00 p.m. . My sister never received those flowers I have emailed FTD seven times and have yet to hear a word from them. I would like the flowers resent in the spring bouquet they promised or refund my money.

      I ordered the eternal bond gift set which included a bouquet, chocolates, card and festive gold mylar balloon from FTD for my sister in law. The scheduled delivery date was 5/11/2023. An email was received from FTD stating the flowers and gifts were delivered on 5/11/23 as promised.. I called my sister in law to confirm, however to my surprise no flowers or items were at all received. This was quite upsetting and hurtful that my sister in law's birthday and mother's day surprise was ruined by a lie, a broken promise by FTD. I called FTD to speak to a representative immediately this person offered a refund and mediocre apology.. I blatanty told him this was a sad cop out and I demanded the items promised be delivered the next business day. I also asked if a picture of the item was taken when delivered, I was told no. I asked did anyone call the recipient, again I was told no. The name of the florist used could not be shared. I called back to speak to a supervisor only to be left "on hold" for well over 20 minutes! Not only is this disappointing it is hurtful what was once a reputable company has allowed for their image to be tarnished by utilizing florist who have low standards. If this continues they cannot survive. As I read some of the other complaints about FTD, there seems to be a trending pattern shared with other victims concerning the same lie and much more. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

      We are sorry for the one day delay on the delivery of the bouquet. We received notice from the florist that an attempt was made on the delivery date but the recipinet was not available. We did recieve confirmation that the bouquet was delivered on the following business day.

      Flowers were delivered to my mother today for her birthday today. First off, there was no note that was to be included so I had to ask her if she received them. Then I had to ask if she had also received the chocolates that I ordered which she had not. In addition, the flowers are very different from what I ordered, as was the vase. I reached to FTD for refund. They originally said they would refund $17.77. I am not sure how they came to that amount as it didn't even cover the chocolates not received, so I sent the receipt as well as pictures of the flowers to show how different they are. The response was then: "Hey there, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we already processed the refund for your missing add ons $20.89 and we do apologized if just only half of the flowers were the same on the picture on our website however we would like to advise you that the bouquet pictured reflects our original design for this product. While we always try to follow the color palette, we may replace stems to deliver the freshest bouquet possible, and we may sometimes need to use a different vase. Regarding on the card message we do apologized if the card message was not included when the arrangement has arrived if you would like I can call the recipient and read the card message to her." Please refund as this was not what I had ordered and half the product was not even there (the chocolates, the note, the flowers pictured).

      Today, April 12, 2023, I ordered flowers from FTD online for a very sick Friend in a hospital. I received a email stating ftd stating they attempted a delivery but failed. No reason. I waited all day for an update and did not receive one so I called customer service. The man who answered the phone barely said anything. I kept asking if he was there. After 10 minutes I hung up. He was silent and wouldn't talk to me.

      I placed an order on 3/8/2023 for the Light of My Life Box Bouquet Deluxe to be delivered to my sister for her birthday on 3/15/2023. I went through AARP to get a discount, so the original price was $70 and with the discount price of $52.50. When adding the tax and delivery the total amount charged was $79.10. The order number was **************. The flowered delivered were not even close to what was pictured on the website. The website does say there may be substitutions as well as. the response from ***************** The only problem is that what they sent looked like an Easter Bouquet and not a Birthday flower arrangement. The email response from ***************** "Substitution is sometimes necessary to ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner. When it is necessary to substitute, we ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. For floral arrangements, our policy allows for flowers of equal or greater value to be substituted to convey the same overall look, feel and color scheme of the arrangement.". The flowers sent did not convey the same overall look, feel or color scheme. I'm attaching the emails for the order and the response from customer care. I'm also attaching the photos of what was sent along with the screenshot from the website. I wouldn't mind the substitution except for the fact it was mostly pink with two yellow roses. I also completed a survey with my complaint and email address. No response from FTD. I would have preferred an email from them that what I ordered could not be fulfilled. That would have been a better customer experience. Instead they send ********************** that are not even listed in the original description.

      Reference #: ********* I ordered flowers today 3/18/2023 from the local ******* store in **** **. The confirmation email stated the flowers would be delivered today. These were condolence/sympathy flowers for my brother and sister in law who had a death in the family today. This is terrible the flowers did not arrive and I had to ask them. Please refund the entire amount of $102.82.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered to a BUSINESS address on Valentines day. The FTD website stated that business orders would be delivered before 6pm. The florist did not attempt to deliver until after 6pm when the business was closed, so my wife came home without having received the flowers. I immediately contacted FTD, stated I did not want redelivery and wanted a refund. I filled out the complaint form on their website, and included the order number. Their website states they will attempt to respond within 24 hours. I proceeded to make several such complaints, always including the order number and my details in the form on their website, over the next couple of weeks, but not once did they respond
