      I ordered flowers on Monday, December 16 for my daughters 30th birthday today ********************** I paid 1999 Exter to have those flowers delivered by 10 AM today. It is now 1 oclock they have not been delivered. I have called the FTD florist number the *************************************************************************************************************************************** they were being delivered by ****. I was never told that then he said no. Im sorry I told you wrong theyre coming from the floor department She still hasnt gotten her flowers. I paid $117 for these to be delivered early and I cant get a straight answer out of these people.

      We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication.  After reviewing the order, we can see that a service fee of $19.99 was charged, which is our set fee for all orders.  We do not guarantee delivery times, unless it's for a funeral service.  This order was canceled and refunded in full due to a quality complaint.

      I ordered flowers for delivery in ****** for my wedding anniversary. FTD missed the first, 2nd, and 3rd delivery dates even though they repetitively told me the flowers would be delivered. This company is not serious and wastes my time. They should not advertise the ability to deliver flowers when they in fact cannot. I received a refund so this is not about money and is more about a company advertising something they cannot deliver.

      I am rejecting this response because: I provided a number for them to call and they never called it. Also, when I contacted support three or four days in a row, this was not mentioned or I would have provided an alternative phone number. This is not a good excuse.

      Flowers died in 4 days, they have a 7 day money back guarantee but FTD will not honor this after multiple phone calls.

      Ordered Classic Ivory white arrangement as can be seen on receipt 11/15 /24. What was delivered 11/16/24 was the pink carnations with lilies. Contacted customer service 11/17/24 and requested redelivery of arrangement that was ordered. Was told that the proper arrangement would be delivered the following day. As of this date 11/22/24. there has been no new arrangement therefor I am asking for a full refund.

      I ordered ftd floral arrangement online via an email link I received. *** ordered through FTD before with little to no issues. After using ****** to cover these charges I noticed later that the emailed receipt had my previous / old address. I tried multiple ways to log into FTD to update my personal info but received customer / email not found response. The following day received email stating order is on hold until I contact them at # customer service. I contacted as requested and they claimed to not recognize the order # and bounced me around making me repeat my info again and again and again. I guess finally they found it (?) The last *** wanted my old address, so I provided it. He claimed I paid with a CC which I did not (RED FLAG) I used ******. He never asked for nor did he want my new updated address and when I asked if we could do that now while hes on the phone to help me maneuver, or if I could be coached on where and how I could do that, he stated the website address and the info pertaining to it are confidential and he can not give me this info! The website is confidential??? **? So I asked for a manager and this joker claimed HE was the manager. This whole thing was wild! I told them to cancel my order and Ill file a dispute with ******. I felt like I was speaking to a scammer call center. Very bizarre! Will NEVER do business with FTD again! EVER. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

      I placed a order for a flower bouquet to be delivered on August 8, 2024 through their website. It was never delivered, and the company's website still shows " Status Delivery Scheduled." The total price was $74.99 including shipping. I called their customer service on November 19 to get refund. I gave the order number and the name of recipient, but they insisted that they can't verify the person who ordered and refused to proceed.

      Hello. I ordered a floral arrangement from FTD florist on yesterday, Thursday, November 14, 2024 to be delivered to someone and today I received an email that the order was not able to be delivered. The reason given was there was no florist in the area, even though I ordered from Just months ago for the same place and there was a florist. Im still awaiting a refund.       This business seems to be a scam because the product that I ordered arrived and does not look at all like the picture. It is much less quality than what is pictured and I am extremely disappointed especially for the amount of money that I have spent. I have put picture of what I received and what I ordered and they look completely different and even have different flowers. It is like they tried to use cheaper flowers and thought no one would notice.

      Ordered 2 sets of flowers for a funeral on 9/12/24. Only one set of flowers were delivered on 9/16/24. I immediately called the florist and they said they would refund me for the one set of flowers that were never delivered. Two weeks later I called back mentioning I had never received the refund and asked about the status of the refund. Again, I was promised the refund would take place immediately. A month after the initial request for a refund I disputed the charge with my bank, to which FTD denied. It has now been two months and SEVERAL phone calls to the business and they are still holding my money for a service that was not provided.

      We apologize that the customer is having issues regarding their past order.  Unfortunately, the order was placed directly through a local florist, not FTD.  After reviewing the order confirmation that the customer provided, we can clearly see that it was not placed through FTD.com.  The florist may be an FTD member, however, they also take orders through their own website.  We would advise that the customer reach out to the florist and contact their bank.

      Today was my wedding anniversary and my husband ordered flowers to be delivered. He received a message saying they were delivered and it is already late evening. Nothing came and I kept checking. This is not the first time this has happened. It has happened to my brother 2 times for my moms Mothers Day and birthday flowers as well. We will no longer use this company. I explained what happened and the customer service person just passed me to another person which I had to explain everything all over again. So ridiculous scammers
