      They take bookings for Rapidshuttle.com and Transmit no information to that company Nor do they pay that company After they've collected for the rides. Scam pure and simple. I have actually gotten them on the phone and told them to cease and desist and they have not.

      ** Let me start off by saying PLEASE do not book anything from this company** This is the absolute worst company to book any transportation needs!! I promise you they will take your money and not accommodate any unforeseen travel plans! In July, I paid for Transportation from **** ********** airport to a hotel. unfortunately, My family’s flights were rerouted due to airplane issues so basically we did not show up To the airport at the time I scheduled for a pick up… I was at the airport, trying to rearrange A new time for pick up… They specifically told me they could not change anything, because the people who were going to pick my family members up, still needed to get paid! I then asked for a refund because after several attempts with dealing with their unprofessional customer service, I realized I was not getting anywhere!! This all happened In the very beginning of July… I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, but unfortunately, it takes 90 days to resolve so guess what… My $300 is still tied up with Shuttlefare?? Again, please do not book with them. They are horrible at any type of accommodations!!!

      Beware of this service! They changed my reservation one day before travel for 3 times the amount quoted. In the return trip their ONE service line was not able to even answer my call little line alter my pickup time. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so.

      Shuttleface scammed me out of $139.72. I booked and prepaid for round trip shuttle from my home to the airport. There were no issues on the trip from my house to the airport but on the return trip home the driver did not pick us up at the airport. He had all of our flight information, time of landing, flight number and gate. When I talked to him he said he could not wait more than a few minutes because our flight was late and he would not call another driver to pick us up. I had to use and pay for another service to take us home. Over the past few months I have talked to and emailed numerous people at Shuttlefare, got the run-around of which company is responsible to refund us. Now they have my phone blocked so I can't call. Do not use this service, they will take your money and you will be left without service with no recourse of refund.

      Shuttlefare.com is not an agent of booking for our local transportation service, ***************** However they book, receive credit card info, do not remit payment nor information about bookings to Rapidshuttle.com. The owner of **************** had never brokered an agreement with Shuttlefare.com. Still folks book rides thinking this is a legitimate agent, then show up at our airport expecting transportation. The show us the booking on their phone copy and we have to explain that they have been scammed and to contact their credit card company immediately to have the charge reversed. Since we receive no notification or revenue from Shuttlefare.com, we are forced to charge for services in person and often times the customer thinks WE are scamming them. This is unconscionable. Their service phone line goes unanswered but did get a call back from someone out of the country that left a message. Called back and no answer again.

      I paid ShuttleFare.com 2 months in advance to pick up 20 guests from my wedding and shuttle them to the airport. I even called 1 week prior to the event to confirm. The morning my guests were suppose to be picked up, a guy left a voicemail that said they couldn't pick up my guests because we were on an island and they don't cross ferries. They knew the location for 2 months and left me a voicemail the day of?! I called them back and organized it so that if I got all the passengers across the 10-min ferry, they would pick them up at the very terminal on the other side. I put 20 guests into 6 cars, drove them to the ferry, where they crossed and waited for the shuttle for over 2 hours. The shuttle never arrived. Shuttlefare.com stopped answering my calls. They left 20 people stranded—most of them missed their flights, some had to stay overnight near the airport. I had to call 2 weeks later, after my honeymoon, to get my refund another 7-10 business days later. They didn't even respond when I asked for compensation for taxis, hotels, and missed flights. Shuttlefare.com is unreliable and will leave you stranded. Don't make my mistake.

      If I could rate them 0 stars I could. I booked them for a 4am ride to the airport. My flight was leaving at 7am. I hadn't received any communication from Shuttlefare regarding my ride, so at 3:45am I called/texted them and they assured me that someone was on the way to pick me up. 4am rolls around and there is no one there. I called them and they said that the driver was running a bit late but that he would be there soon. This went on for about 30 minutes. During this time the dispatcher kept assuring me that someone was on the way. about an hour after the driver was supposed to be there, Shuttlefare told me that no one would be coming to pick me up. Now it’s 5am, the drive to the airport is an hour away and my flight is boarding at 6:37am. Shuttlefare did not offer any alternatives for me and instead just left me stranded without a way to the airport. I called every single taxi service near the city of ********* and finally someone was able to give me a ride. However, since it was a late-night ride, it cost me $350. The ride that I had booked with Shuttlefare only cost me $62. By the grace of God, I made it to the gate at 6:42 (after sprinting through the entire airport), right before gates closed. When I contacted Shuttlefare about my grievances, they either ignored me or they would end the chats before I could express my situation to them. I used them because I knew that other drivers wouldn’t be available at that time, and I was told that my driver was guaranteed not to worry. Instead, I had to book a taxi that cost the same as my flight and Shuttlefare has refused to reimburse me for the stress and troubles that I went through due to their error. If I had been told that the certainty of the driver wasn't 100%, then I would have booked something else. But they let me believe up until an hour before my flight that a driver was coming. $350 is not a small amount of money, but I guess Shuttlefare doesn’t care about whose money and time they waste

      If I could give them a negative star, I would. I made an online reservation with them which all seemed legitimate. There was an option to add additional luggage which we did, stating it was for 2 bikes. The transaction went through and did receive and email and text confimation. When I tried to call regarding how much the extra fees would be for the bikes, I first was told that I needed to text the number as they do not accept phone calls, and then I was told via that they did not accommodate bikes, despite having that as an option, so I would need to cancel. I have emailed them twice regarding cancelling as well as trying to call the number listed for cancellation and after 10 min on hold, got a recording that I would either need to send an email or do a "chat" with an agent. I then attempted the "chat with an agent" which would require you to sign up for some service and pay $1. I believe this is a scam and have now set up a dispute with my credit card company. Please use caution if using this company.

      ***Recommend not to use unless you want to lose your money!If I could leave a zero star I would. I made reservations with shuttle fare April 2022 fir an upcoming trip… transportation to and from airport to hotel in LA. The pick up from the airport wasn’t bad, although we had to wait almost 30 minutes, but would be charged additional if they had to wait fir us. Coming back I reached out the day before to confirm pick up time to the airport and was told 9:30 got a 11:00 flight. It takes 45 to 1 hour depending on ** traffic and need time to check in at airport, go through security etc. to make a long story short when I made the reservation I entered the flight time and based on their website that their third party would select the best pick up time. Needless to say their third party and shuttle fare agreed that 9:39 puck up was not a feasible time and I would risk missing my flight. Their solution was fir me to pay an additional $56 to change the pick up time that they selected. I refused and ended up taking a taxi to the airport which was cheaper. ***^ I would never use this company again - bad customer service!

      Worst customer service rep and company I have ever spoken to. They only had two people working today and no supervisors. No empathy, showed no concern about my situation. I scheduled my pick up months in advance and added a note for the driver of what my check out time was. The driver was early and waited about 9-10 minutes before they left us. I called the 3rd party and they said they would schedule another driver to pick us up since we had a good amount of time before our flight left, and promised to call me back with an update. They never called me back. When I called the 3rd party a second time, they said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact ShuttleFare for help. When I explained what happened, the CSR said they couldn’t help and that they were too busy to send someone else to pick us up. They didn’t even listen to what I had said and she kept repeating policy, with no regard for my concerns or feedback. When I inquired about getting a refund they said it will take 3-5 business days for them (********* and ShuttleFare) to investigate and decide if they can issue a refund. They kept pinning the refund on each other. Elife said to call ShuttleFare and viscera. Both companies told me to book with someone else! I will never work with them again. You are better off spending a little more and working with a company that will actually care about their customers getting where they need to go and not leave you stranded.
