      Shuttlefare left me stranded on the way to the airport. Nearly missed our plane. Cost me $450 to park my car for 15 days. BEWARE. Very unreliable.

      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-VEHICLE WON'T BE WHAT YOU PAID FOR! I secured a ride service from ******* Airport to my hotel last year. Day of I waited for nearly an hour, called the customer service number several times, finally got someone who informed me that my ride had NOT been confirmed. Oh, but they got my money! A vehicle was sent, now having had to wait for nearly 2 hours. The driver for Effie was super sweet - but that vehicle was not what I expected (I could have called an **** and gotten better). I have reached out SEVERAL times and to this date I still have no resolution as to the poor service/experience I had with this company. I'm guessing they don't care. So if they don't care everyone should know they are not in the business of providing any type of service wherein customer relations is expected. They get 1 star only because there is no way to give a ZERO!
