On 6/21/24, I received confirmation from Clark Armory that my order was received, and it would ship in 3 to 5 days. The total amount of the order was $233.86. When I didn’t receive the order after 1 month, I started corresponding with the company. They told me to be patient, and my order would ship shortly. When I didn’t receive the order after 45 days, I requested a refund, and I continued requesting refund status updated since then. They keep asking me to be patient. However, they keep advertising that they have the ammo I ordered in stock.
Today is 9/27/24, and it has been 3 months since I placed my order. I don’t understand how they can continue shipping ammo for new orders to other customers without either shipping my order or refunding my payment. Either option would work for me.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 boxes of ******* 9mm *** ($13.99 per box) and 2 boxes of ********** 9mm *** ($23.99 per box) on 08/09/2024 for a total of $103.94 on a **** credit card. After several weeks of not receiving these items, I reached out to Clark Armory 3 additional times with no response. Their website stated that because of demand, orders were taking longer. Now their website states that they are closed and no longer doing business. I still have yet to receive the merchandise nor my money back.Initial Complaint

On March 31 , 2024 I placed two orders (***** and *****) totaling 1 case or 20 boxes of 9mm ammunition. They immediately charged my credit card $275.80 (which I no longer have due to fraudulent activity) so I cannot get a refund. I have written them at least 6 or more times and I keep getting promises that they will ship soon. I just checked the internet and there are others who ordered at the same time and are also being stonewalled. They have yet to respond to my most recent email. What do I do now? On August 7, 2024 I ordered 9mm and .380 ammo. I only received an confirmation #*****. As of now 08/10/2024 I have not received any shipping update. After 6 e-mail attempts; no one has responded to any inquiries. I live in Georgia and its torally legal to have ammo shipped and delivered. I believe that Clark Armory is an "scam"? After reading other past complaints; I see that many other people has had the same exact experience. Expectation: As stated on-line, 3-5 days delivery.
5/20/24: 1st Follow-up - e-mailed them to inquire about status
5/22/24: Response: "one of our warehouses that we use to ship orders is backed up getting orders out. We have since shifted orders to a different warehouse and are working to resolve the issue, however this has caused a ripple effect. We are working diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible."
6/2/24: 2nd Follow-up: e-mailed them to inquire about status. No Response.
6/16/24: 3rd Follow-up: e-mailed them to inquire about status.
6/19/24: Response: "We do apologize for the delay, and we appreciate your continued patience. While we understand how this is an inconvenience, we hope that you will be willing to wait just a bit longer for your order. Our warehouse is working tirelessly to get orders out as quickly as possible."
7/24/24: 4th Follow-up: e-mailed to inquire about status. No Response
8/10/24: 5th Follow-up: e-mailed to inquire about status. No Response
No further explanation required as the above interaction, or lack thereof, speaks volumes. I have purchased from this company in the past without issue. I can supply copies of e-mails that support the above history.Customer Answer

I made a purchase on April 5th 2024. I never received the item. I did reach out to customer service on several occasions. I was told the delay was due to them moving warehouses. I placed an order with Clark Armory April 19,2024. My credit card was charged but the product was never delivered. I have contacted the company via email several times and received excuses but no ammunition. They have not responded to the last two emails. They claim they have “warehouse issues” but I receive weekly ads stating that they have the ammunition that they won’t ship to me. The only thing they did quickly was to charge my credit card. I want the product I paid for or a refund. From their Google reviews many others have had the same experience. This kind of practice should be shut down. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered product from Clark Armory on June 14th and received an order confirmation and a 3-5 day shipping promise. When I didn't receive the product I contacted them using their only available option - ********************. I received a message indicating they were moving warehouses and to be patient. I've followed up with them many times since that response with no further communication from Clark Armory. This company continues to advertise but not deliver.
