    Order was placed on May31 for $187.92 but not received anything of the order placed. After 3 times Email exchange the excuse was warehouse problems. We’re getting to 4 months of anything back from my $$$ .
    Buyers be aware of Fraud from Clark Armory. Shame on them. Why Government didn’t crack down on them yet.

    The Clark Armory is a bunch of crooks. They charged me for a package of 2 different products, 3 weeks later sent just one of the two. Have not responded to my messages at all. Now, a month later I still have no idea if they think I'm going to forget about the other half of my order and allow them to just steal it.

    I too placed an order in April of 2024. I contacted them several times and was told it was a slight delay. Should ship soon. They moved their warehouse supposedly. On 8/2. I rached out for a refund. Lets see what happens.

    I placed an order in April 2024 with a 3-5 day shipping time window. After several emails as to where my order was Clark Armory said they were backed up and "it takes time". After 3 months with no order, but taking my money, I cancelled the order by email (no phone # to use for customer service). After 3 weeks still no credit to my credit card so I had to file a claim with Mastercard. Avoid this business (SCAM) at all cost. Not worth the headache.

    Horrible service. In 2023, I place two orders with them and could not have been happier. In April of this year, I placed an order with them and have yet to receive it. I have seen the product on their website go in and out of stock several times since I placed this order. Their responses to my emails have all been the same cookie cutter reply. I placed a subsequent order with them in June to see if it would get processed thinking there was an issue with my older order being lost and they were ignoring my requests for them to look into that. That order has never been filled either. I then put in a request for a refund of both orders 10 days ago and nothing has happened to date with that. I will never purchase from these people again. They are completely untrustworthy. They have taken my money and are not paying me back. I am starting to believe this is deliberate and considering taking legal action although I don't know what the guidelines are for that in their state. I have done a significant amount of online purchases from quite a few different stores and never have had the trouble I am having with Clark Armory. This is the absolute worst.

    I ordered 1000 rds of ammo form this company in April understanding that it would take awhile. However I ordered that same amount from another company and received my product. I have reached out to them several times through their only channel of communications it would seem. They will send you a half baked apology about the volume of orders they are getting. I donot buy it. we are in the month of July and still no ammo. I missed out on an event I had planned for those rds. I had to reschedule the event. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As a person looking for a deal I guess it was to good to be true. I am contacting my bank. I already sent them a request to cancel the order after a three month wait. This is ridiculous. The customer service is nonexistent.
