1 starI can’t even come close to explain the whole story in the 2000 characters I’m given. The Techs that I dealt with are the only semi knowledgeable people in this whole company. EVERYONE in the office including the “bosses and supervisors” have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. These people are scam artists. From the awful scheduling, to them trying to steal our $500 deposit in the end, I can’t explain enough why everyone should stay far far away from these people. They’ve cost us SO much stress and aggravation over the almost two months that we dealt with them, and we didn’t even get anything done by the end. They also cost both myself and my wife a day of pay for taking the day off on the day they were supposed to do the instal. Never ever again. My family and I had work done last week on Thursday. We were happy with the job when they left that day and I even gave a 5 star review and signed a contract with them. Their workers were very friendly. The next day the new pipes (pictures attached) created a monsoon all over our downstairs, water that flowed through two rooms, into the garage, and the carpet was soaked in the hall. However the guy who made the mistake owned it and they came out that night to fix their plumbing mistake. A water mitigation and restoration company was called that night and they promptly did what was needed to get our house ready for repair, including dehumidifying, drying, tearing down the drywall that was SOAKED through so we didn’t get mold (because they have to by state standards), and sucked up 5 gallons of water out of our carpet. On Tuesday they were done with demo and ready to come start restoration. Why TMS gets 1 star from me is because we still don’t have walls. TMS is upset because the other guys did their job the way they’re supposed to and cost TMS money they didn’t want to spend. They tried throwing them under the bus, stating their work was sloppy when the demo job was up to safe standards and done well. Now, instead of letting the other guys finish their job, TMS wants to use “their own guy” who is going on vacation next week and we’re supposed to wait until he gets back for them to do anything about their mess. They won’t accept another contractor. They are not interested in finding someone else to fix what they’ve screwed up. We are extremely unhappy with how they are handling this situation and I will be cancelling my contract with them. These statements have been corroborated with the restoration company and are based on the phone calls we have had over the last three days with three different people at TMS. I would be careful about using them.Total Mechanical Systems

Shout out about Sameer R***. Excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable as well as personable. He clearly understood the product as well as our needs and did not try to over-sell us. We highly recommend Total Mechanical Systems, solely based upon our experience with Mr. Riaz, who did installs prior to getting into sells for this company. I had a quote done yesterday by this company, In a very small house, I was getting two mini splits and one condenser and the price was absolutely outrageous, I had done a little bit of homework and today I did even further and confirm my belief that the price this guy quoted me was unbelievable. And he became high pressure sales when I wasn't happy with it, when I said that I wasn't going to be able to feasibly do that. At which time he decided to ask what I would be able to afford and when I quoted him was based on what he quoted me that would cost for me to do it myself buying the equipment and hiring somebody that you know HVAC to install it and I suggested that and he said well then I can only do one unit now his price for the two or $17,000 one being a 9,000 BTU, and his suggested 18,000 BTU for the other one and condenser and very easy access because I have an unfinished basement section. So this tells me if he was willing to drop it to 6,000 and then he said well I'd only be able to do one of them even at that dropping and adding in 6,000 for another it's way off from 17 that he was saying was based on all the rebates or you know discounts and all that. Now today I was looking up some really good quality companies with their service and products it turns out I only need a 12000 BTU for this one floor because I do have a small cape and 9000 btu for the one room I have upstairs. So it made it very clear that his original price was way off. And then he got to bullying me about it when I wasn't accepting it. I wanted to call the company but I really don't want to have him lose his job but I do want to complain about the service and the high pressure salesTotal Mechanical Systems

1 staro honesty, my home is only 1,050 square feet, the seller offered me a central air service and including a change of a slightly larger power panel box for 26,858dollars in which I accepted the equipment arrived later for installation, they never changed the box. current to a more improved one. After they finished the installation of the central air, I complained why they did not change the current box to a more spacious one. The employee contacted the electricity supervisor and told me that the difference money would be refunded. I believing in their word, I signed the contract as if the work was finished, believing that they were going to keep their word. First they told me that they were going to arrive to change the box, then they told me that they were not going to be able to change the power box because they were already The expense was a lot!! and it exceeded the 26,858 dollars that I paid through homedepot. Do not sign anything before seeing the work completed, unfortunately I signed and could not claim anything! I think that the seller already knew all this, the employees left information that said two things to finish: the power box and to finish configuring the oil heating boiler thermostat. The only thing I ask GOD is that I don't have a problem in the winter with this heating issue because of the irresponsibility of what they work on in the office, because I think that paper with those notes had to be delivered to them in the offices but nothing ever happened. Rob A***** the HVAC Technician did my annual inspection that Total Mechanical provided . Rob was Excellent. He was punctual, courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He did thorough inspections of my HVAC systems (gas furnace and out door AC unit/fan). He cleaned and made replacements where needed. In particular my Sauermann neutralizer cartridge needed cleaning. Rob answered all of my questions. Rob A***** is top notch as is Total Mechanical Systems. Their service plan is a great value. They also offer a great 24 hour emergency service.Total Mechanical Systems
