Excellent service. Tim was very knowledgeable and personable on his checkup today! I would highly recommend Total Mechanical for anyone looking for heating or AC issues

Rob A***** the HVAC Technician did my annual inspection that Total Mechanical provided . Rob was Excellent. He was punctual, courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He did thorough inspections of my HVAC systems (gas furnace and out door AC unit/fan). He cleaned and made replacements where needed. In particular my Sauermann neutralizer cartridge needed cleaning. Rob answered all of my questions. Rob A***** is top notch as is Total Mechanical Systems. Their service plan is a great value. They also offer a great 24 hour emergency service.Total Mechanical Systems

1 starWe had a new Gas Furnace and Air Conditioning system installed by TMS and there were a few difficulties early on but since then they have provided us with a support team that has since supplied Excellent Service!
The individuals that provided Excellent Service:
Jose R.- Service Technician that set up AC system, knowledgeable and proficient
Brad M. - Service Technician that Serviced the Gas Furnace, knowledgeable and proficient
Maria F. - Provided special handling of a billing/credit issue for us
Amanda C. - Who thoroughly explained the value of the Service Plan and set it up
We purchased the service plan, and so far it has gone well! We have a 3 year warranty and are looking forward to/hoping to have a continued positive relationship with TMS.
