    Hello, I have an auto loan with Nutmeg Financial Credit Union. My car not is due on the 10th of every month. I paid my Nov 10 car not on Dec 6. When I scheduled the payment I selected to pay the past due (Nov 10th) payment that was due on Nov 10 to be withdrawn on Dec 6. Now Nutmeg has applied the Dec 6 payment towards my Dec 10 payment and now flagging my account 30 days late when will go on my credit. I havnt had any late payments on my credit in over 10 years. If I elected to make this payment on Dec 6 why would you post it on Dec 11 and mark me 30 days past due.

    I have tried to contact this bank for over three months regarding my car loan. Originally, I asked for information about another loan to cover the damages because I couldn’t do both pay the damages and the car note. I was told that it’s not their problem and I did not qualify For an extension on my loan to speak with my account manager about voluntarily repossession. No one will call for over a month so I went to the bank. After speaking with the manager, I was told that they did not want the car back and they were going to bill me , and the car is my problem and eventually it will hit my credit. I explain to them that I want to volunteer to repo the car and I’m OK with the bill. The car is still here and the manager called and told me it’s my problem they will not take the car. They will not do a repossession of the car and eventually the lawyers will contact me. I then called and asked if they refused to take the car back. Can I get the Registration and title. I was told no that I can look into it at the *** and they would not give me the title and they are not taking the car back and they have suspended my bank when I try to put money in the bank to pay my credit card bill they take the money and put it towards the car loan that I have attempted over seven times to either volunteer surrender or Let them take it and they will not take it back. So I have a car that I can’t give back that I already agreed to pay for eventually and they will not give me the title and they told me they do not want the car. They will not allow me to use my credit card, even though it is in good standing, and I pay every month. They will not allow me to use my bank account and every time a paycheck hits the account they take it but refuse to speak to me about the car.

    I am not liable for this debt. with Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union. I do not have a contract with them, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Feb 16 & 17th 2022 there were 4 charges in the amounts of $692.09, $446.62, $456.24 and $286.08 charged to my Nutmeg State **** ****. The charges all show purchases made at **** ****** I contacted Nutmeg State and after several phone calls they took the charges off my **** in March 2022.
    On my Aug **** statement the charges were put back on my visa. Nutmeg State never contacted me with their findings, just put the charges back on. Through several messages to Nutmeg State with telling them these charges are not mine but fraud. Nutmeg Claims they sent my claim in to **** ***** for review and that **** ***** provided them information that the products were shipped to my home so my claim was denied.
    I asked Nutmeg State what was purchased as I knew I had not ordered or bought anything and was told if I wanted any info, I had to call **** ****** So, I called **** ***** and explained my dilemma and was told the last purchase I made with **** ***** was on my **** ***** credit card and it was in January 2022 which was a fan. They said they have no information on the 4 charges Nutmeg claims I made. They said I would have to contact Nutmeg State for a resolution for the fraud.
    I have made 6 calls to Nutmeg State and have had 6 messages back and forth to Nutmeg State and they are refusing to help or provide and information and remove these fraud charges. I even explained I have a **** ***** credit card and if I make any purchases at **** ***** it would be on that card not my visa. The only people who have my **** **** number is me and Nutmeg State and I didn't use my **** or make these purchases which adds up to $1881.03.

    We had a loan for a camper with them. I called to find out where my title is as we have paid off the loan in June 2022. Finally told they don't have the title and it is with **** ** *** ****. I called **** ** *** **** and they don't have the title. I was alerted a while back that Nutmeg didn't have the title, but they said they found it in archive.
    I called the dealer that we purchased the camper from and they sent me a Ct OLRS transaction title inquiry which says the title was sent to Nutmeg at their previous address. The woman asked where the title was sent and I said 521 Cromwell Ave in Rocky Hill. The response I received was they aren't there any longer, they didn't move until 2019, well after we took out the loan.
    How could they have a personal property loan without a title. They told me I had to call **** ** *** **** again and request a title release. I should not have to do this or pay anything to have a title search done. I have been on the phone for well over 5 hours trying to get this resolved only to have Nutmeg tell me they can't do anything for me. I would like them to get my title for me without charge to me.
