    There terrible don’t ever do any type of Business with them don’t fall for there scamming ways there terrible they take advantage of elderly people BEWARE!!

    June 30th 2022 I was quoted a cost for installing a mini-split system in my home. I was directed to start the process for getting a CT E Loan. When I went to the Connecticut recommended lenders, Nutmeg Financial was on the list. I applied for the loan and was contacted the next day saying that I was approved. Great! The company I was using for the install was required to submit the paperwork and numbers to get the process started. The end of July 2022 I was informed that everything was a go and that ***** **** had approved the loan as well. I was contacted by Jennifer S from Nutmeg around August 14th about the terms and the monthly payment. I was told that I needed to become a member of the Credit Union in order to complete the process. No problem. I was told that there would be a couple of emails within 24 hours asking me to Docu-Sign for the process. No problem. I was contacted a few minutes later by someone else that I didn't live in a county in Connecticut that they recognized. I needed to live or work in another county. I live in New London County. Since I couldn't become a member I was not eligible for the loan either. 2 months and no one said anything about needing to live in a specific county or counties to qualify for this. Nutmeg took no time at all to do a credit check and place a hit on my credit by doing so. 2 months of back and forth with my installer who also had no idea of their rules. Nutmeg State did an incredibly unprofessional job and the E-Loan process was a huge waste of time with them. Buyer beware.
