      Just recently ran across an invoice that is overdue for taxes on our leased equipment that I found while visiting their website. I had no way of knowing it was there? The last time we received a bill from them for property tax on leased equipment was in January of 2024 and now, in July 2025, we are receiving one? No consistency and it's almost double the amount! I've called customer service, who tell me that I have to log in to their website to retrieve my invoices which we do for our monthly expenses and lease agreement charges. We generally do so on the 27th of each month because we're expecting these charges. However, this particular invoice for property tax on leased equipment was dated June 3rd! The company doesn't provide good customer service; they are slow to apply payments which then adds late fees, they don't provide customers with invoices and they have inconsistent business practices. I, as a customer, shouldn't have to babysit their billing procedures. This is absurd!

      Took over 2000 from my account from an “unpaid invoice” that they demanded I wire from the beginning. I have email proof that they said it had been paid and yet they did it anyway. Least to say I will be disputing the charge. This is just horrible horrible way to do business.

      Very bad company. Horrible customer service. I just paid 2800 to get out of this contract. returned their machine early because it broke and didnt work so often. I opted to just get a 30$ postage meter off amazon. When My previouse contract was about to expire they called and emailed me multiple times and pressured me to sign a new 3 year contract. That was the only time I was able to talk to an actually american. Was when they were pounding me to sugn a new contract. Slimey company - dont do business with them.

      I returned by postage meter the last week of February2025 since I was retiring from my CPA Tax and Accounting Practice; I attempted to contact them which was impossible the online chat person was awful and not helpful, finally after wasting a total of 5 hours over 3 days online I finally got one of their people to send me a return container, I had to prepay $50 before they would send one out even though I had over $150. unused postage that their instructions stated would be refunded to me, here we are no credit or refund has been issued 2 1/2 months later nor any correspondence.
      I was a customer for over 25 years and paid their outrageous quarterly rental charges since you couldn't buy one outright.
      There should be a way to contact the company by phone since contacting via the internet hasn't worked.
      I highly recommend that no one uses them, they have the postage meter market cornered to the consumers' detriment.
      Where is my refund for my unused postage that was to be refunded and or credited to my account.
      Please stay clear of this company.

      First of all you will NEVER speak to someone if you have an issue. Their phone system is the WORST - it hangs up on you every time. Next, when you login to their website, if there is a problem, you will find NO remedy for the issue. They are the most overpriced, fee assessing BS company to handle postage - they ought to be fined, made to pay all the companies that have done business with restitution, and shut down. They intentionally would NOT take our payment, then after the due date, they took our payment and charged us a fee. I have been unable to cancel our contract because they have no one actually running the office. It says on their invoice "Live chat", which given their awful ratings on here, should surprise no one that this too is a lie. WORTHLESS COMPANY

      I am still receiving invoices after closing account years ago. We closed out account in November 2023 and they are still sending us monthly invoices.

      Horrible customer service. Called to cancel my service and spent 40 minutes on the phone with no success. Their phone lines cut out and when you tell them you can't understand because the phone is cutting out they put you back on hold and then hang up on you. You have to keep calling back; maybe this is their way of making so difficult to cancel you just keep paying and paying.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I agree with the sentiment of many of the other previous reviews. No way to OPEN A CASE easily. NO WAY TO REACH A HUMAN. 800 number hung up on me. I have been trying for WEEKS to make account changes and clean up the accounts we have. I am beyond frustrated and so angry. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I contacted our sales person and he would NOT assist me; told me to open a case. UNREAL!

      How this company can be okay with the customer service they offer I do not know. There is no way to reach a customer service person. The 800 number hangs up on you. There is no way to submit a case for help. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
