      Scared reading reviews on this place. Had a package in my hometown since last week and it hasn’t moved since. Was supposed to be here yesterday, but it’s not still. Guess I’m gonna have to wait weeks longer than normal. Dunno how a place or delivery system like this is still in business. If you can’t keep your customers happy, then what’s the point of having a business. And I’m really scared too considering this is a package with replacement items that were STOLEN from my last package delivered to my house. If items are missing from this one when it gets here, I’m done…

      I loathe when I order something from a company and they ship it with Pitney Bowes. There's a 90% chance I won't get it at all. In the 10% chance that I do, it'll be well over a month after I've ordered it. A package I ordered at the beginning of July got to ********** ******* by the 12th and hasn't moved since. As it's literally the last day of July now, I have a feeling I'm not getting this one. I wish companies would stop using them.

      Your comment was of no help. The "customer service" number (I use quotes because it gave absolutely no service to the customer) will not connect me with someone who can help me with my package. Tracking info is all automated and apparently if it's not moving then the only thing I can do is contact the retail I purchased the item from. But if they keep using Pitney Bowes then I keep not getting my packages!!

      I would not even give them a 1 star if given that option. Pitney Bowes has certainly gone down hill in the past 3 years. Once my contract is up I will not be renewing it. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money for a replacement machine that I am leasing. The machine would not even needed to be replaced if the service representative was trained and competent. Shel read off of a script and there was a language barrier nor did she understand the machine. Second time I called, it was even worse. Then new machine did not work and I contacted numerous time, sent a support case, with zero response. Finally I did a bad review via PB and they sent a technician out who could not get it to work. He was here for over 1 1/2 hours and I was charged for that too WITHOUT being told that there would be charge. Total scam this company has going on.

      We have been a customer for over 20 years with Pitney Bowes. Due to business needs we contacted them to return the current lease mail machine and lease a smaller version. i have been following up with them for months...no return calls or emails. Left messages with our sales rep as well as the managers. They open up cases for me and then close them without resolution. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.

      My package has been sitting in ************ ** since July 20,2022. Now 6 days later & still no movement. I do alot of online ordering & this is the worst shipping company!! Called their Customer Service for help, only to be told he couldn't help me & to give it a few more days. I placed my order July 12th!!! I get so upset whenever I see this company in my tracking info.
