I do surveys for E-Rewards. I get points for completing the surveys and when I reach the required amount, I cash them out for gift cards. Over and over I have experienced working on surveys for long periods of time up to and including completing the survey only to be told I didn't qualify and will receive no compensation. I get a screen that tells me that. Most of the time I let it go even though it makes me angry but when it's egregious, as this one was, I contact them for them to correct it. I came to the last screen before submission which instructed me to click the next (arrow) button to submit the survey. I did. Nothing happened. I refreshed and got a screen telling me that my survey had already been submitted. I provided all of that to E-rewards and even gave them screenshots of my progress in the survey. They refused to compensate me for my work.Business Response

Dynata has called me repeatedly and I have requested to not be called. I have blocked the number every time they call but they keep calling from a different number. I called their “opt out” number ###-###-####. The recording states that this is the Dynata opt out number and then promptly disconnects me.Business Response

I have been a member of ****************** for a few years. I tried logging in recently and could not get in to my account. I contacted them and was told that I violated their terms and conditions and that my account was suspended. Even though I have not taken a survey on this account in weeks. I only log in to check my points. They asked for me to confirm my account and asked for a photo of my ID. I did so and my account was briefly open again. However, they are now telling me that it's permanently closed. I also have points that need to ne paid out. It seems as though I am not the only person complaining about opinionoutpost closing member accounts lately. I use this account as a stream of income, so I have no reason to violate the terms. No redemption of earnings is allowed by created obstacles. The e-Rewards business does not provide phone number or address. It is difficult to get a response. The business between e-Rewards and member through the email only. Since pandemic e-Rewards began required a cell phone number for rewards redemption. I provided a cell, but it was a bad service and I changed the service provider. Agents refused to remove that old phone number that is not belong to me since last year. It is almost 12 months like I am not able to make agencies to remove that old phone number ending -****. What is that resistance about? Previously redemption was through the email confirmation. It is not understandable why it was changed specifically to cell number only. Why the email confirmation not allowed since the business is only function through the email? Also, they began to request a birth date. What is that for? Is that legal? I need help to redeem my points, 1 point equivalent to $1 for miles redemption. I was blocked to redeem for more then a year.Business Response

This company owes for surveys completed yet won't pay the rewards. I've used them for years and had little issue but now they want a bunch of personal information. I have email support to have my account re-activated. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks with no reason why. My co-workers and family members have no issues taking surveys. I have been a member for over 10 plus years. I find this poor business practice. I have to reach out every year.
