      I have been a member for several years now, and this site is definitely worth the time and effort. A couple of years ago, they instituted a verification process that was a tad disruptive, but it has been clear failing since. I highly recommend the site for survey takers who want to be taken seriously. My one recommendation or suggestion would be for the site to include more merchants in their rewards lineup. But otherwise, this site is phenomenal.

      They will ask for my birth date near the beginning of the survey. When you finish a survey, you are credited points to your account right away. In the last 4 years more and more surveys have been putting their demographic info at the end. So, you can spend a great deal of time on a survey and be told you don't qualify and get some token points. However, sometimes if you contact them right away and complain they will give you the points you have coming. Why can't they put qualify data at the beginning of the survey?

      A LOT OF THOSE SURVEY STATED THAT I AM NOT QUALIFIED AND THEY DID NOT GAVE ME EVEN. 2 CENTS. WHY WAS I NOT QUALIFIED? NOBODY CANNOT ANSWERED THSI QUESTIONS. PRETTY COMMON SNSE IF YOU CAOMPLETED THE SURVEY AT TO THE END AND WITH EXTENDED TIME. IT SHOULD BE QUALFIED. THEY SHOULD STOP THE SURVEY IF YOU ARE NOT QUALFIED RIGHT. WHERE IS THE COMMON SENSE OF THE DYNATA. CAN YOU EXPLAIN THAT LOGIC

      I have to say in the past it was better than it was now. The points were better system before they changed it. You used to get better prizes. Depending on when you join like my niece, you can put it towards an A***** ****. But I joined earlier and they’ve never updated it so I can’t get an ****** card which I think is sucky. Sometimes you’re halfway through a survey and then they say you’re not qualified. And give you nothing you just wasted 20 minutes of my time. So basically I keep going for the same gift cards cause nothing new has come on and they’ve taken all magazines off.

      Dynata surveys are generally relevant and graphically appealing. The surveys rarely have such small radio buttons that answering is tedious. Some of the surveys have too many of the odious sex/gender questions to appease the rainbow Mafia. Compensation is usually fair.

      I have been an E-Rewards member for many years, as has my wife. It has always been an iffy proposition and sometimes more trouble than it's worth - but we keep doing it because it's pretty much the only game in town for keeping points/miles accounts open. Right now the Customer Service people have been doing great. The problem is I have to contact them way too many times - I finish a survey and get a technical error (4 this week) - or they get all my info then say I'm not qualified AFTER I answer all the survey questions. But the worst part is there are so few worthwhile surveys any more. I am not going to spend 25 minutes doing a 50 cent survey. I don't see the numbers - because they don't let you see them - but I would guess for every survey I complete I am disqualified from 8 - and I am disqualified as soon as I tell them how old I am, what my race is and what sex I am - and ALL that data is in the profile - yet they waste our time sending out the surveys anyway. We do our part - but they sure don't do theirs.
