      I went to advanced radiology on 9/19/22. I received a bill after my insurance paid their portion for $1,011.12. I was allowed from advanced radiolody to make payments of $86.00 a month until the bill was paid off. Please read attached letter for my payment schedule. Then they refilled with my insurance and was able to ask me for more money of $1,050.20. The last bill I received from them was on 1/23/24 stating I owed $151.12. I paid another $86.00 that cleared my checking account on 3/1/24. Of which after two emails and several phone calls and a letter with all my cleared checks they refuse to process this payment. So they know have sent me to collections. How do I fix this?

      I have tried replying x3 but the system keeps kicking me out.

      I have reviewed the patient's complaint, claims & payments.  Out billing company ****** ********** (****** ***********) was shutdown due to a national Cyber Attack 2/21/2024.  The patient did not at that time to throughout the time of being sent to collection reach out directly to Advanced Radiology.

      Limited billing functions resumed 9/2024 with the rest by 3/2025.  All payments received had then been applied to open balances.  One of the patient's payments was erroneously applied to a different claim on her account.  The amount sent to collection for this claim was $18.20.  Once the payment was identified and moved to the correct claim due to the patient questioning the collection agency who inturn questioned ****** **********, they payment of $86.00 was moved to the correct claim with a credit amount of $67.80 applied to another open balance.

      Currently all of the patient's balances have her payments correctly applied.  I have reached out to the patient x2 to discuss with her but have not received a call back, I will continue to reach out to the patient to provide an explanation.

      On 4/4/24 I had a scan performed at the ********* ** Branch of Advanced Radiology.

      The total charge for this procedure was $369.00, my insurance paid $245.93 leaving me owing a balance of $123.07. As each time their website was broken, I had to send in all my 3 separate payments by ** ****** *******. In fact I had overpaid by $111.93 when I sent in my last payment on 1/8/25. See attached. On February, 2025 I received their attached bill demanding $123.07. On March 18, 2025, I sent the attached letter. In the letter I also requested my refund of $111.93. Yesterday, I received their same bill again demanding payment of $123.07. Please help!

      Yesterday I received the same bill from Advanced Radiology
      requesting I pay a bill which I already paid making the final payment on
      1/8/25.  See my letter and attachment
      dated 3/15/25 I submitted to your office.

      Yesterday, I’ve tried reaching Advanced Radiology by
      telephone, but no one would answer the phone.
      Yesterday, I’ve tried using their website but it keeps
      crashing.
      Yesterday, I’ve copied this note and sent it US mail to Advanced
      Radiology.
      Again, I’ve paid this bill in full 1/8/25 so Advanced
      Radiology should stop sending me bills.

      Good morning, I have reviewed *** *******'s account with Advanced Radiology and have reached out to discuss with *** *******.  Balance due is correct as she had 2 different exam balances with Advanced Radiology.  The bill received for $123.07 referenced an examination she had 1/2024.  The balance of $235.00 which the patient paid and now has a $0.00 balance was in regards to a 4/2024 examination.  *** ******l requested I send statements of both exams which were mailed to her home address.

      I had an US of head /neck on 6/2/22. I sent a check in the amount of 26.01 to the billing address (provided envelope) actual bill was for 26.10. I have the cancelled check and keep getting bills about the bill. I have tried to inquire from my bank, * *** * in ******* ** as to who cashed the check and they said they werte unable to advise me of this. I am quite annoyed.
      i sent a copy of the cashed check front and back to the billing address and no one has called.

      Our staff
      spoke with the patient to discuss her concern regarding the double billing
      matter. The patient had 2 exams – Thyroid ultrasound on 06/02/22. Soon after,
      she had a CT-Abd/Pel on 06/09/22. She received a statement in September and
      mailed in a check with the return envelope we provided. She then receives
      another bill for a similar amount. She thought an error occurred in the billing
      process and she was charged twice. She included that her experience with
      Advanced Radiology was great and appreciated the sonographer’s patience.  Her main frustration is with our billing
      company in Maine. We provided patient with a full balance breakdown of both
      service dates which she is now clear on. She requested we mail a statement and
      she will remit payment (confirmed addressed & mailed).
