      I had a procedure done on August 15, 2024 at the ****** office for a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis. Had a IV placed in left hand for the contrast to go in. As the pictures was taking the tech proceeded to inject the contrast in as doing this it started to burn horribly l asked for her to stop and if felt like she continued to pump more. I began to cry then scream louder for her to stop the machine. I was pulled out and she noticed my hand had swollen up she tried to calm me down and stated that she to get the doctor. I was place in a room to see if the swelling was able to go down with no relief I was ask to go to the ER. Drove from ****** to ********** ** ********* hospital. Got there for them to give meds for pain and X-ray and other test to be done. Left after hours being there to get home for a hour that it started to blister up filling with fluid. Very upset at what happened to me. Will not go back to there facility again.

      If i could, I would have given them ZERO STARS!!! One of The Worst!!!! Can't reach by phone....and when you do, they completely deny that they even gave you an appt ( proof of appt is a text they sent me). For years I have used them but suddenly they went downhill....don't know if the management changed or what but I am very very upset! I needed an MRI and have been in excruciating pain.....finally got in and was so looking forward to finding out what's going on with my shoulder. They keep changing their stories.......every call (when you finally get to someone) is different. From 'waiting for your insurance to approve' to 'your insurance approved so lets go over some dates'.....blah blah blah.....They should shut down their business!!!

      Impossible to reach by phone. Was on hold for medical records department for over 2 hours and then was disconnected. Really horrible to see a healthcare organization treat patients in such a callous and irresponsible manner, and patients have no recourse except to redo the scan elsewhere. I’ve had numerous scans done at AdRad over the years but the organization has really gone down hill.

      I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They are impossible to get in touch with - specifically their billing department. I’ve tried calling multiple times and even email them as well. I’ve had a company named ******* ******** call me multiple times. I finally answered recently and they said they were calling on behalf of Advanced Radiology. They were asking me to verify my address. When I asked who they were/what kind of company they were, the woman responded saying, “I can’t tell you that until you verify your address.” I responded saying, “Well I don’t feel comfortable doing that until you tell me who you are.” The woman said, “Well you can ****** us and then call us back.” Once I ******* them, I see that they are a debt collector. I had an appointment with Advanced Radiology back in October, and realized I never received a bill for it. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from Advanced Radiology to confirm if there is a balance on my account, and if they could send me the bill. But I have not been able to get in touch with their billing department. I will never return back to Advanced Radiology.
