      Karen Drullard from William Raveis sold me a home and was unethical in the process. She sold me a home and told me the home was in great condition and it has been a nightmare since the beginning. I am filing a complaint and also getting an attorney. The process has been awful and I have had to put money into this home in the last two months. Also, the home was sold as a 3 bedroom and its a 2 bedroom. When I wanted to back out she told me I couldn't. It was an awful process. She never told me about the CHFA program or any program. She kept insisting that I needed to proceed. She also used religion stated that the LORD had told her this was a blessing for me. She told me she was a Pastor and that the Lord was telling her that this was supposed to be my house.

      Worked w/ Cheryl Ri**** from the M***** CT office. We had done 3 transactions w/ her (each time, my husband or I did the leg work). We wanted to list our home in *** Cheryl had no plans to see the house until a showing, but my husband & I thought it was a good idea so she would get an idea about the house (pulling teeth to get this to happen). Not much was said, sort of a dud & waste of time. She wanted to low ball $ for bid war. While we were going to sell our home we were going to buy in CT as a lay over until our home was built. Cheryl knew this & did not help us in finding a new home (we found a few to inquire about) & when we asked about certain homes to see what was going on we had to keep reach out to her (complains a lot about being so busy) we found one online looked ok, needed some work by the pictures but ok, got there & it needed to be gutted when this was told to her she stated “I didn’t realize you had such high standards” What!?!? We then get a showing for our home & she did not come professionally dressed & the first words out of her mouth was “you should have seen this house the first time I did, it was a mess” What!?! We were packing up the house, yes there is going to be boxes and such! When my husband confronted her about it, she didn’t apologize or anything, just ended the contract (thank goodness). Call the ****** office to let someone know our experience I’m told to call Katie T***** Sr VP, didn’t call back until I called the ****** office a second time & then got excuses about the office not having a manager & she has 22 offices (not my problem, you have an unhappy person who you got 3 checks from) she was less then useless. Let Katie know we still have the sign (which we removed, no free advertisement) & the lock box (Cheryl wasn’t worried about getting it back) & was told to take it a office, yeah not my problem. Called corp left 2 message with Chris Raveis assistant and not a word back! Don’t use this company!
